澳大舉辦“兩會”精神分享會

為使師生能準確理解、堅決貫徹二十大精神的決定,深入探討“兩會”的意義和作用,並向師生展示國家的政治、經濟和社會發展的最新面貌,澳門大學於2025年3月19日舉辦“全國人大、全國政協會議”精神分享會——“兩會”精神你要知2025活動,由第十四屆澳區全國人大代表團團長劉藝良、全國人大代表陳虹和全國政協委員高錦輝擔任主講嘉賓,與師生分享今屆“兩會”的主要內容和精神要點,反應熱烈。

澳大校董會主席林金城、校長宋永華、副校長莫啓明、各書院院長、部門主管等出席。莫啓明致辭時表示,澳大一直積極舉辦多元化的活動,以增強師生的家國情懷,包括培養書院兩法推廣大使、舉辦基本法及家國情懷教育推廣成果展、在書院成立家國情懷學生工作組、組織學生參訪國家安全教育展和橫琴法律服務中心、推動學生參加國情教育徵文和視頻拍攝比賽等,進一步提升師生的國家認同感。澳大橫琴合作區校區於去年奠基,作為首間延伸到橫琴合作區開展教學與實驗的澳門高校,澳大將進一步發揮澳門所長、服務國家所需,推動澳門更好更快地融入國家發展大局,助力澳門打造國際高端人才集聚高地,樹立澳門高等教育創新合作發展的新示範。

會上,劉藝良簡介了全國人大會議制度和全國政協會議職能,讓師生對“兩會”的基本架構有了清晰的認識。他回顧了2024年政府工作報告要點,並對2025年政府十大工作任務進行了速覽。他特別強調,在“兩會”期間,國家領導人對澳門代表團的關懷與期許,明確了澳門在國家發展大局中的重要角色,並勉勵代表們積極推動澳門經濟的多元可持續發展,做好“橫琴+澳門"這篇大文章,全面準確貫徹“一國兩制"方針。他還分享了“兩會”期間代表們提出的一些支持科教興國及澳門發展的建議。

陳虹表示,2024年國內生產總值增長達5%,形成良好勢頭,特別是新興產業、新能源和高技術製造業增長高於平均值,展現了我國產業結構的持續優化與升級。她亦闡述了今年開展的“十五五”規劃編制工作的四大重點方向,特別強調國家將以“人民至上”為核心,推動發展經濟、改善民生以及深化國際交往合作。作為一名教育工作者,她認為今年“兩會”的教育議題充分體現了國家對教育的高度重視,並期待琴澳教育的深度合作能進一步為國家教育事業注入新動力。

高錦輝闡述了科技創新為新質生產力的核心,而教育與人才培養則是科技創新的基礎,科技創新與教育之間存在良性互動。他期望澳門加快構建高質量教育體系,積極推動科技創新,培養多元化、跨界別且國際化的人才,建立健全人才激勵機制。此外,他還介紹了政府工作報告與澳門教育發展的契合點,指出澳門需統籌推進教育、科技、人才一體化融合發展,而澳門STEAM教育本土化發展方面的探索亦為國家教育質量的提升貢獻了力量。他總結了澳門教育工作者的使命與責任,強調要為國家培養具有愛國情懷和創新精神的棟樑之材。

UM holds sharing session on ‘two sessions’

The University of Macau (UM) held a sharing session titled ‘Learning about the “Two Sessions” 2025’ on 19 March 2025. The event featured guest speakers including Lao Ngai Leong, head of the Macao delegation to the 14th National People’s Congress, Chan Hong, Macao deputy to the 14th National People’s Congress, and Kou Kam Fai, Macao member of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, who shared the key takeaways from this year’s ‘two sessions’.

The sharing session was attended by Chair of the University Council Lam Kam Seng Peter; Rector Yonghua Song, Vice Rector Mok Kai Meng, as well as college masters of residential colleges and heads of units. In his speech, Mok said that UM has organised various activities to promote patriotism and foster a sense of national identity among students and faculty. The university will continue to leverage its strengths to meet national needs, help Macao integrate into national development, develop Macao into an international hub for high-calibre talent, and establish Macao as a new model for innovative cooperation and development in higher education.

During the sharing session, Lao gave an overview of the system of the National People’s Congress and the functions of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference. He reviewed the 2024 Government Work Report and gave a brief overview of the ten major tasks set for the central government in 2025. He also shared some of the suggestions made by delegates during the ‘two sessions’, which focused on the strategy of invigorating China through science and education, and the development of Macao.

Chan discussed the four focal points of the upcoming 15th Five-Year Plan, and noted that this year’s ‘two sessions’ attached greater importance to education. She also expressed hope that the in-depth cooperation between Macao and Hengqin in the field of education will inject new impetus into the national education sector.

Kou highlighted the positive interaction between technological innovation and education, and expressed hope that Macao will continue to promote technological innovation, nurture interdisciplinary and international talent, and establish a sound talent incentive mechanism. He also pointed out that Macao needs to promote the integration of education, technology, and talent.
