Invitation to All UM Staff: Long Service Award and Outstanding Administrative Staff Award Ceremony (Registration Deadline: 8 May 2025)

誠邀各位同事參與「長期服務獎暨傑出行政人員獎頒獎典禮」(截止登記日期：2025年5月8日)

Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce that the University will hold the “Long Service Award and Outstanding Administrative Staff Award Ceremony”, to express our heartfelt appreciation to our full-time staff for their long-term loyalty and dedication over the years, as well as to recognize our administrative staff who have outstanding performance in Year 2024. 

Details of the award ceremony are as follows:

Date: 14 May 2025 (Wednesday)
Time: 15:00 – 17:00
** To ensure that the ceremony can start on time and proceed smoothly, audiences are advised to enter the venue around 10–15 minutes in prior. 
Venue: University Hall (N2)
Rundown:
  • Opening Speech
  • Presentation of Outstanding Administrative Staff Award & Most Creative Slogan Award
  • Presentation of Long Service Award (10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35 years of service)

 

All colleagues are welcome to attend the ceremony to celebrate and enjoy this very special moment with the awardees. For interested colleagues (non-awardees*), please register by filling out the e-form (Click Link) on/before 8 May 2025 (Thursday).

* NOTE: Awardees of Long Service Award and Outstanding Administrative Staff Award have been invited via email, with a separate e-form to be filled out.
