為讓大學公關工作小組加深了解橫琴深度合作區的最新發展，傳訊部於4月24日組織小組成員赴横琴合作區考察交流。活動不僅讓成員更深入了解橫琴合作區的規劃與發展，更促進成員之間的溝通。

考察團在傳訊總監張惠琴博士帶領下，先後參觀了橫琴片仔癀博物館及琴澳中醫藥文化街，了解中醫藥産業化和現代化的轉型之路；「古蜀瑰寶—三星堆與金沙」文物特展，探索中華古代文明。參觀橫琴天沐琴台的「琴澳和鳴—橫琴粵澳深度合作區建設主題展」，深入認識合作區的發展歷程及澳門大學在合作區的角色。

大學公關工作小組成立於2010年，由各部門負責公關、新聞、接待工作的同事組成，主要職責為加強對外宣傳的統一性，和擔任部門與部門之間的溝通橋樑。

To enable members of the University PR Task Force (UPRTF) to gain a better understanding of the latest developments in the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin, the Communications Office organised a visit to the zone on 24 April. The visit not only deepened members’ understanding of the planning and development of the zone, but also improved communication among the team.

Led by Dr Katrina Cheong, director of the Communications Office, the delegation visited Hengqin Pien Tze Huang Museum and the Hengqin-Macao Traditional Chinese Medicine Thematic Cultural Street, where they learned about the industrialisation and modernisation of traditional Chinese medicine. The group also explored ancient Chinese civilisation at the cultural relics exhibition ‘Treasures of Ancient Shu—Sanxingdui and Jinsha’. Lastly, the delegation visited an exhibition in Tianmu Qintai about the construction of the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin, gaining insights into the development history of the zone and UM’s role in it.

Established in 2010, UPRTF is composed of colleagues responsible for public relations, news, and reception from different UM units. It aims to coordinate publicity efforts and serve as a bridge for communication between different units.
