港澳應對氣候變化研討會在澳大舉行
由國家自然科學基金委員會指導、澳門大學與中國21世紀議程管理中心合辦的“港澳應對氣候變化評估報告專題研討會”澳門會場在澳大舉行,超過30名內地及港澳的氣候科學專家和高校代表出席探討。
研討會開幕由中國21世紀議程管理中心副主任張永濤主持。國家自然科學基金委員會副主任蘭玉杰致辭指出,澳門氣候變化治理走在前列,希望與會專家積極創新思路、形成優質成果,為國家應對氣候變化政策貢獻智慧和力量。澳大校長宋永華強調,澳大將充分發揮科研優勢,依託智慧城市物聯網、海洋與大氣研究等重點項目,推動跨學科技術攻關,助力澳門建設“氣候韌性城市”。
研討會圍繞《第五次氣候變化國家評估報告》編制、粵港澳大灣區城市群氣候治理策略等議題展開深度研討,為大灣區低碳轉型與氣候韌性建設提供科學支撐。在主旨報告環節,中國科學院地理科學與資源研究所研究員吳紹洪、中國氣象局國家氣候中心研究員許紅梅、澳大區域海洋研究中心副教授黎永杰分別以氣候變化影響、風險與適應,氣候變化科學基礎的最新認知,以及氣溶膠化學與氣候變化為主題作報告。圓桌討論圍繞“灣區城市群應對氣候變化解決方案的機遇與挑戰”,深度探討了灣區城市群應對氣候變化的協同創新方案。

Seminar on addressing climate change in Hong Kong and Macao held at UM
The Macao section of the ‘Expert Seminar on the Fifth National Assessment Report on Climate Change—Hong Kong and Macao Special Report’ was held at the University of Macau (UM). Co-organised by UM and the Administrative Center for China’s Agenda 21 (ACCA21) under the guidance of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), the seminar brought together more than 30 climate science experts and representatives of higher education institutions from mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macao.
The opening ceremony of the seminar was moderated by Zhang Yongtao, deputy director of ACCA21. Lan Yujie, vice president of NSFC, said in his speech that Macao is at the forefront of climate change governance, and expressed hoped that the experts at the seminar would propose new ideas and solutions and contribute to the country’s climate change policy. Yonghua Song, rector of UM, said that UM will leverage its research strengths and capitalise on key projects in Internet of Things for smart city, ocean and atmospheric studies to promote breakthroughs in interdisciplinary technology and support Macao’s development as a climate-resilient city.
During the seminar, in-depth discussions were held on the compilation of the Fifth National Assessment Report on Climate Change and strategies for climate governance in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area city cluster, providing scientific support for the region’s low-carbon transition and climate resilience development. The seminar also featured keynote presentations and roundtable discussions, where scholars and researchers from different institutions discussed issued related to climate change and explored collaborative and innovative solutions to address climate change in the Greater Bay Area city cluster.
