Dear Colleagues,

This serves as a reminder for the “Long Service Award and Outstanding Administrative Staff Award Ceremony”, which will be held tomorrow. Through this occasion, we would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to our full-time staff for their long-term loyalty and dedication over the years, as well as to recognize our administrative staff who have outstanding performance in Year 2024. 

Details of the award ceremony are as follows:

Date: 14 May 2025 (Wednesday)
Time: 15:00 – 17:00
** To ensure that the ceremony can start on time and proceed smoothly, audiences are advised to enter the venue around 10–15 minutes in prior. 
Venue: University Hall (N2)
Rundown:
  • Opening Speech
  • Presentation of Outstanding Administrative Staff Award & Most Creative Slogan Award
  • Presentation of Long Service Award (10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35 years of service)

 

All colleagues are welcome to attend the ceremony to celebrate and enjoy this very special moment with the awardees. 

* You are welcome to present flower to the awardees, but large items should be avoided on stage.
