親愛的同事及同學們：

澳門特別行政區政府衛生局建議年滿18歲或以上人士都應至少每年測量血壓一次，關注自己及家人的健康。適逢5月17日是世界高血壓日，大家一起參與｢5.17血壓齊齊CHECK｣活動，詳情如下：

內容：
1) 於5月15-17及19-21日，年滿18歲或以上的澳大教職員及學生可到澳大醫療中心(N8-G002)免費測量血壓，安健及環境事務辦公室將向衛生局報告測量血壓的總人數。
2) 歡迎大家到”活力健康站”Facebook專頁本次活動的帖文按讚、分享、在帖文的評論區內上傳測量血壓的照片及標記3位朋友，同時以私訊方式發送姓名及聯絡電話至該專頁管理員。活動結束一星期後抽出30名得獎者，每名將獲贈便攜式電子血壓計乙台。

澳大醫療中心辦公時間：09:00 – 13:00 及 14:00 – 18:00

Dear colleagues and students,

Health Bureau of Government of Macao S.A.R. suggests everyone aged 18 or over to measure blood pressure at least once a year. As 17 May is the World Hypertension Day, let’s join the “5.17 Blood Pressure Check” activity with details below:

Content: 
1) On 15-17 & 19-21 May 2025, UM staff and students aged 18 or over may measure their blood pressure at Medical Center of UM (N8-G002) for free. Office of Health, Safety and Environmental Affairs will then report the total number of people who have measured blood pressure. 
2) You are all welcome to visit the “Dynamic Health Station” Facebook page, like, share, upload  your photos when measuring blood pressure to the comment area of the page and tag 3 friends, and at the same time send your name and contact information to the page administrator in private message to enter a lucky draw after the activity ends. 30 lucky draw winners will receive an electronic blood pressure meter.

Opening hours of Medical Center of UM: 9:00 – 13:00 & 14:00 – 18:00
