Partial Closure of Visitor Car Park P3 from 14:45 to 17:00 on 27 May 2025 (Tuesday)

訪客停車場P3於2025年5月27日（星期二）14時45分至17時期間局部封閉

各位同事及同學：

　　茲通知訪客停車場P3將於2025年5月27日（星期二）下午進行消防演習﹐屆時P3部份區域將於14時45分至17時期間臨時封閉（詳見下圖）。

　　在此期間：

  1. P3位於明德大馬路的車道出入口將臨時封閉，車輛不能進入P3。
  2. 建議停泊在P3非封閉區域的車輛於演習期間避免移動車輛，如遇緊急情況則可使用鄰近P2的出口駛離P3。訪客如需支付泊車費用，須到P3臨時收費點以現金方式支付。
  3. P3封閉區域內的車位由5月27日凌晨零時至17時不開放使用，原已停泊之車輛須提前駛離該區域；否則，車輛須停泊至演習結束後才可離場，期間因此而引起的任何費用或損失均由車主或駕駛者自行承擔。
  4. P3的一個電動汽車充電站將於5月27日暫停使用，另一個充電站則仍開放使用至13時。原有充電車輛須按時駛離該車位；否則，車輛須停泊至演習結束後才可離場，期間因此而引起的任何費用或損失均由車主或駕駛者自行承擔。

　　因進行上述消防演習關係，當日14時至17時明德大馬路近澳大／大學會堂巴士站（T554）的路段將於警方協助下實施有限度通車，請駕駛人士留意現場交通指示。如需使用大學泊車設施，可考慮使用鄰近的訪客停車場P1或P1A。

Dear Colleagues and Students,

Please be informed that a fire drill will be conducted in Visitor Car Park P3 from 14:45 to 17:00 on 27 May 2025 (Tuesday).  During this period, certain areas of P3 will be temporarily blocked as shown in picture below.

During the temporary closure from 14:45 – 17:00,

  1. the vehicle entrance and exit located on Avenida das Virtudes will be blocked.  No vehicle will be allowed to access P3.
  2. vehicles parked inside P3 are not recommended to move during the drill.  In case of urgency, those who parked outside the blocked area can drive away P3 through the vehicle exit next to P2. Visitors who need to settle the parking fee shall approach the temporary shroff in P3 and pay in cash.
  3. the parking spaces in the blocked area of P3 will be reserved from 00:00 to 17:00 on 27 May. Vehicles originally parked there shall leave in advance or stay still until the end of the drill.  The vehicle owner or driver shall be liable to any extra cost or loss incurred during the stay.
  4. One of the electric vehicle charging stations in P3 will be suspended on 27 May.  The other EV charging station will be open for use until 13:00.  Vehicle shall leave on time or stay still until the end of the drill.  The vehicle owner or driver shall be liable to any extra cost or loss incurred during the stay.

Due to the above fire drill, there will be traffic control along the Avenida das Virtudes from 14:00 – 17:00. Drivers passing through the nearby area shall follow the instruction of the Police on site. If parking is needed during the above mentioned period, Visitor Car Park P1 or P1A will be an alternative.
