澳大校長於世界數字教育大會作高端對話和主題報告

澳門大學校長宋永華受邀出席在武漢舉行的2025世界數字教育大會,於全體會議上參與“數字教育高端對話”,並於平行論壇上發表主題報告,與來自全球各地的與會嘉賓攜手為世界數字教育未來的發展匯聚智慧、探索路徑。

是次會議是國家教育部舉辦的第三屆世界數字教育大會,以“教育發展與變革:智能時代”為主題,旨在回應聯合國關於全球教育變革的倡議,呼籲共同推進智能時代的教育發展與變革。中共中央政治局常委、國務院副總理丁薛祥出席大會開幕式並致辭,指出數字技術正在以前所未有的速度和方式融入教育,要把握智能時代教育發展脈搏,深化數字教育國際合作,加快落實《全球數字契約》,推動實現聯合國2030年可持續發展目標。國家教育部部長懷進鵬以“攜手邁向智能時代 推進教育發展與變革”為題發表主旨演講,呼籲攜手共築人工智能價值體系,共享人工智能發展成果,共同維護人工智能倫理安全,構建開放包容、互惠共贏的世界智慧教育生態,用教育變革的音符譜繪人類數字文明的樂章。

在大會全體會議上,宋永華在“數字教育高端對話”與嘉賓圍繞智能時代人才培養準則,促進教育公平,以及校、企、政攜手建立技術治理框架等議題開展了深刻的探討。宋永華指出,人工智能作為強大的工具和高級助手,在IQ(智商)方面取得了可觀的進步,但是在EQ(情商)方面才剛剛開始,尚未真正涉及情感理解、價值判斷、社會互動等複雜能力。在人工智能時代,大學面臨的“全人教育”任務更重,應重點培養學生的獨立思考、批判性思維、理性判斷、家國情懷、社會責任感等廣義的EQ能力,這樣才能駕馭人工智能,更好服務人類社會進步。在大會“智慧教育:高等教育教學體系重塑與超越”平行論壇上,宋永華分享了對人工智能與教育融合創新趨勢的見解及澳大應對與探索的經驗,並重點介紹了澳大通過跨學科的認知與腦科學研究中心集聚國際高端人才在情感人工智能領域開展研究的最新成果與進展,與專家學者就“人工智能場景下高等教育融合式創新”的議題進行了深入的交流。

世界數字教育聯盟理事會第一次會議與2025屆全體大會同期舉行。聯盟於2024世界數字教育大會上成立,旨在積極探尋數字教育國際合作交流機制,凝聚全球教育發展合力,共同打造智慧教育新空間、新生態、新圖景。目前,來自全球43個國家和地區的115個國際組織、大學、研究機構及企業加入了聯盟,澳大為聯盟首屆理事單位。


UM rector participates in high-level dialogue and delivers keynote speech at World Digital Education Conference

Yonghua Song, rector of the University of Macau (UM), attended the 2025 World Digital Education Conference (WDEC) in Wuhan from 14 to 16 May 2025 as an invited speaker. During the event, he participated in the ‘High-level Dialogue on Digital Education’ of the plenary session and delivered a keynote speech at a parallel session, sharing his insights on the future development of digital education with experts from around the world.

This year marked the third edition of the conference, which was hosted by the Ministry of Education of China. Themed ‘Education Development and Transformation: The Era of Intelligence’, the year’s conference aimed to respond to the United Nations’ initiatives on global education transformation and to call for joint efforts to promote the development and transformation of education in the era of intelligence.

During the ‘High-level Dialogue on Digital Education’ of the plenary session, Song engaged in discussions with other guests, covering topics such as talent development standards in the era of intelligence, the promotion of educational equity, and the establishment of technology governance frameworks through collaboration between academia, industry, and government.

During the parallel session ‘Smart Education: Reshaping and Transcending Higher Education Teaching Systems’, Song shared his insights into trends in the integration of AI into education. He also presented UM’s initiatives in addressing these developments, as well as the latest research conducted by UM’s Centre for Cognitive and Brain Sciences in the field of emotional AI. Furthermore, Song engaged in in-depth discussions with experts and scholars on innovations in higher education in the context of AI.
