2025年中藥機制與質量高級研修班開班儀式於澳大舉行
由國家科技部中國科學技術交流中心和澳門特別行政區科學技術發展基金聯合主辦，中藥質量研究國家重點實驗室（澳門大學、澳門科技大學）承辦，粵澳合作中醫藥科技產業園協辦的“2025年中藥機制與質量高級研修班”，於今（27）日在澳大舉行開班儀式。研修班旨在深化中醫藥交流合作，促進中醫藥科技產業發展與國際拓展。
澳門特區科學技術發展基金行政委員會主席謝永強在開班儀式上表示，研修班的舉辦充分展現了澳門推動中醫藥國際化的堅定決心。是次研修班匯聚來自多個國家和地區的學員，共同交流中藥科研、質量控制與產業化的最新成果。澳門依托科研技術優勢，積極促進中醫藥在國際舞台的交流與合作，致力推動中藥的全球化發展，打造具有國際影響力的合作平台，為中醫藥走向世界注入新動力。
國家科技部中國科學技術交流中心港澳台處處長管海波強調，在成功舉辦十一屆研修班的基礎上，中國科學技術交流中心與澳門科學技術發展基金共同謀劃、精心設計，通過進一步拓寬主題領域、豐富課程設計、提升國際化水平和加強產學研聯動途徑，致力將研修班打造為內地、澳門及共建“一帶一路”國家、葡語系國家間中醫藥領域產學研用各方資源共享、建言獻策、互聯互通的開放式平台。他期望學員能做中醫藥科技合作的參與者、中醫藥創新的先鋒者和中醫藥國際化的傳播者，通過搭建中醫藥產學研合作國際網絡，共同制訂技術標準、培養頂尖人才、共享科研成果。
澳大副校長葛偉指出，澳大近年在教育、科研和創新方面取得了長足發展，尤其在中醫藥科技創新與產業轉化方面，已建立了完善的科研體系和產學研合作平台，為中藥的現代化和國際化提供了堅實基礎。是次研修班緊扣中藥發展新趨勢，內容涵蓋中藥作用機制、前沿技術應用和國際合作戰略，旨在促使學員全面了解行業最新動態。他亦期望學員在交流中不僅提升專業水準，也能開拓合作新局，共同推動中醫藥走向世界舞台。
中國生物技術發展中心副處長李蘇寧發表了“中醫藥現代化重點專項的管理實踐與思考”專題報告。
是次研修班共招收48名學員。除來自內地、澳門、東南亞地區的學員外，研修班更首次招收來自巴西和葡萄牙的學員。師資方面，除中藥質量研究國家重點實驗室（澳門大學、澳門科技大學）的資深導師外，還特邀澳門特區政府藥物監督管理局專家、美國加州大學知名學者等。課程設置兼具深度與廣度，不僅系統講授中藥作用機制研究、人工智能等前沿技術在中藥研發中的創新應用，還重點解析中藥在全球主要市場的註冊監管政策。研修期間，學員將赴澳門大學、澳門科技大學及粵澳合作中醫藥科技產業園開展實地考察與交流，全面了解澳門中醫藥科技創新生態。
中央人民政府駐澳門特别行政區聯络辦公室經濟部副部長楊全州、國家科技部國際合作司二級調研員劉玉慧、澳門特區政府經濟及科技發展局副局長陳祖榮、澳門特區政府藥物監督管理局副局長李世恩、澳門科技大學副校長姜志宏、粵澳中醫藥科技產業園開發有限公司董事長吳松、衛生局代表兼世界衛生組織傳統醫藥合作中心（澳門）主任莫蕙、澳大中華醫藥研究院院長兼中藥質量研究國家重點實驗室（澳門大學）主任陳新、西太區草藥監管協調論壇永久秘書處秘書長李紹平等亦出席開班儀式。

Opening ceremony for Advanced Training Programme for Mechanism and Quality of Chinese Medicine 2025 held at UM
The opening ceremony for the Advanced Training Programme for Mechanism and Quality of Chinese Medicine 2025 was held at the University of Macau (UM) today (27 May). The programme is jointly organised by the China Science and Technology Exchange Center (CSTEC) of the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Science and Technology Development Fund (FDCT) of the Macao SAR. It is presented by the State Key Laboratory of Quality Research in Chinese Medicine at both UM and the Macau University of Science and Technology (MUST), in collaboration with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Science and Technology Industrial Park of Cooperation between Guangdong and Macao (GMTCM). The programme aims to foster exchange and cooperation in Chinese medicine and promote the development and internationalisation of Chinese medicine technology.
Speaking at the event, Che Weng Keong, president of the Administrative Committee of FDCT, said that the launch of the training programme demonstrates Macao’s commitment to promoting the internationalisation of Chinese medicine. He added that Macao will continue to build on its strengths in research and technology to foster international exchange and cooperation in the field.
Guan Haibo, director of the Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan Division of CSTEC, said that CSTEC and FDCT are committed to establishing the training programme as an open platform that makes full use of shared resources and connections between industry and academia in the field of Chinese medicine in Macao, mainland China, countries along the Belt and Road Initiative, and Portuguese-speaking countries.
Ge Wei, vice rector of UM, pointed out that UM, in recent years, has established a comprehensive research system and an industry-academia collaboration platform for the technological innovation and commercialisation of Chinese medicine. He added that the training programme aims to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the latest industry developments.
A total of 48 participants have enrolled on the training programme, including, for the first time, participants from Brazil and Portugal, alongside those from mainland China, Macao, and Southeast Asia. The teaching team includes experts from the State Key Laboratory of Quality Research in Chinese Medicine at UM and MUST, the Pharmaceutical Administration Bureau of the Macao SAR government, and the University of California in the US. The programme covers research on Chinese medicine mechanisms, cutting-edge R&D technologies, as well as global registration and regulatory policies. The participants will also visit UM, MUST, and GMTCM to gain a comprehensive understanding of innovations in Chinese medicine technology in Macao.
