澳門大學國旗儀仗隊前往天安門廣場觀看升國旗儀式。凌晨3時正，隊員們列隊抵達天安門廣場，與無數現場群眾共同等待升旗儀式的開始。早上4時45分，三軍儀仗隊踏著鏗鏘正步護送國旗走向旗杆，整齊的步伐聲在天安門廣場迴盪。早上4時49分，國歌奏響，澳門大學國旗儀仗隊全體隊員肅立凝視五星紅旗冉冉升起。作為同樣肩負護旗使命的團隊，隊員們深刻感受到國旗所承載的國家尊嚴與民族凝聚力，對護衛國旗的責任擔當有了更深體悟。

　　澳門大學國旗儀仗隊和北京大學國旗護衞隊首先在室內進行了講解會。出席的嘉賓有澳門大學學生事務部學生資源處處長周佩貞、北京大學港澳台辦公室主任高傳旭和負責北京大學國旗護衛隊的老師王士豪等。在會上，澳門大學國旗儀仗隊外聯部部長寧一聰、活動策劃部部長蔡嘉昱和北京大學國旗護衛隊政治指導員李政睿依次介紹了各自隊伍的基本概況及活動回顧等，並有相關隊員針對制服、融媒體和作訓方面等的問題進行相互問答，以加深雙方隊伍對彼此的瞭解。最後，雙方領導相互贈送了紀念品，並留下合影。

　　講解會結束，澳門大學國旗儀仗隊和北京大學國旗護衛隊到室外合影留念後，澳門大學國旗儀仗隊保持著嚴密整齊隊形，在北京大學國旗護衛隊隊長仝仲杰等人陪同下，於北京大學校園展開遊覽參觀。在講解員的介紹下，澳門大學國旗儀仗隊隊員瞭解到北京大學許多景觀和建築背後的人文歷史意義。隨著參觀結束，此次雙方的交流活動也步入尾聲。

　　The UM National Flag Team (NFT) and the Peking University Flag Guard Team first held an exchange session indoor. Guests in attendance included Anita Chau, Head of the Student Resources Section of University of Macau; Gao Chuanxu, Director of the Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan Office of Peking University; and Wang Shihao, the teacher in charging of Peking University Flag Guard Team. During the exchange session, NFT representative, Ning Yicong and Li Zhengrui, representative of the Peking University Flag Guard Team, introduced their teams’ basic information and reviewed past activities respectively. Both team members also engaged in a Q&A session regarding uniforms, multimedia integration, and training matters to deepen their mutual understanding. Finally, both universities exchanged souvenirs and took a group photo together.

After the exchange session, NFT and the Peking University Flag Guard Team took a group photo outdoors. The NFT maintained a strict formation while touring the Peking University campus, accompanied by Tong Zhongjie, the captain of the Peking University Flag Guard Team. With the campus tour guide’s introduction, NFT members learned about the cultural and historical significance behind many of Peking University’s landscapes and buildings. As the visit concluded, this exchange activity also reached its end.

　　澳門大學國旗儀仗隊與中國人民大學國旗護衞隊先進行了講解會，出席嘉賓有澳門大學學生事務部學生資源處處長周佩貞、中國人民大學黨委學生工作部（處）及人民武裝部副部長金霞、黨委學生工作部（處）及人民武裝部幹事孔玉姝、黨委學生工作部（處）及人民武裝部副部長王鵬和港澳台學生社團指導老師郭琪等。澳門大學國旗儀仗隊外聯部部長寧一聰、活策部部長蔡嘉昱和中國人民大學國護衞隊隊長賈薩熱提‧吉力力分別在會上介紹了兩支隊伍各自的基本概況及發展歷程等。接著，雙方領導互贈紀念品，希望雙方友誼長存。最後在自由問答的環節中，雙方就制服、作訓、外聯及融媒體等主題展開交流探討。

　　講解會結束後，澳門大學國旗儀仗隊與中國人民大學國旗護衛隊到室外，在 “中華人民共和國國旗法” 的宣讀後，雙方進行隊列展示。其中，澳門大學國旗儀仗隊進行了特編隊列展示。

　　雙方展示結束後，共同參觀了中國人民大學校史館，在講解員的介紹下，澳門大學國旗儀仗隊隊員瞭解到中國人民大學的發展歷程和歲月變遷。參觀完校史館，雙方隊伍在澳門大學國旗儀仗隊隊長何曉盈的指揮下，共同合影留念，並展開了兩隊隊員間的自由交流環節。澳門大學國旗儀仗隊隊長何曉盈展示了隊列中刀手崗位手持儀仗指揮刀的步操動作，引得中國人民大學國旗護衞隊的鼓掌喝彩。兩隊隊員相互交換臂章後，澳門大學國旗儀仗隊邁著整齊的步伐，喊著洪亮的口令，唱著鏗鏘有力的軍歌，正式結束此次澳門大學國旗儀仗隊與中國人民大學國旗護衞隊的交流活動。

　　The UM National Flag Team (NFT) and the Renmin University of China Flag Guard Team first held an exchange session. Guests in attendance included Anita Chau, Head of the Student Resources Section of University of Macau; Jin Xia, Deputy Director of the Party Committee’s Student Work Department and People’s Armed Forces Department of Renmin University of China; Kong Yushu, Officer of the same department; Wang Peng and Guo Qi, the deputy director and advisor (respectively) for Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan Student Associations. NFT representatives, Ning Yicong and Cai Jiayu, and Jia Sareti Jili, Captain of the Renmim University of China Flag Guard Team, introduced their teams’ basic information and development history respectively. Following this, both universities exchanged souvenirs, hoping for a lasting friendship between both sides. Lastly, during a Q&A session, both teams discussed topics such as uniforms, training, external relations, and multimedia integration.

　　After the exchange session, NFT members and the Renmim University of China Flag Guard Team went outdoors. Following the reading of the “Law of National Flag of the People’s Republic of China”, both teams performed a formation display, with NFT members showcasing a special formation.

　　After the display, NFT members were led by Renmim Universiy of China to visit the RUC History Museum. With the guide’s introduction, the NFT members learned about the development history and changes over time of the university. After visiting the museum, both teams took a group and engaged in free exchanges among team members. NFT Captain, He Hio Ieng demonstrated the marching movements of the sword-bearer position, which elicited applause from the Renmim Universiy of China Flag Guard Team. After exchanging armbands, NFT members marched in formation, shouting commands and singing powerful military songs, formally concluding the exchange activity between the NFT and the Renmim Universiy of China Flag Guard Team.

參觀北京故宮博物院
Visiting the Palace Museum

　　隊員們前往故宮博物院，開啟對這一世界上現存規模最大、保存最為完整的明清皇家建築群的探訪。隊員們沿中軸線依次參觀太和殿、乾清宮等核心建築，從講解中瞭解故宮的建築規制、功能演變與背後的歷史故事，直觀感受到中國古代建築藝術的恢弘，進一步理解這座承載著六百多年歷史的皇家宮殿所蘊含的深厚文化底蘊與精神內核。

　　UM National Flag Team (NFT) members visited the Palace Museum, embarking on an exploration of the largest and best-preserved royal architectural complex from the Ming and Qing dynasties in the world. They followed the central axis to visit key buildings such as the Hall of Supreme Harmony and the Palace of Heavenly Purity. Through the explanations, they learned about the architectural regulations, functional evolution, and historical stories behind the Forbidden City, experiencing the grandeur of ancient Chinese architectural art. This deepened their understanding of the rich cultural heritage and spiritual essence embodied in this royal palace, which has a history of over six hundred years.

攀登八達嶺長城
Climbing the Great Wall

　　隊員們集體乘車前往八達嶺長城。隊員們沿著長城上陡峭的台階自由攀登，在親身體驗中感知這一古老軍事防禦工程的雄偉與古代勞動人民的智慧。站立于烽火臺遠眺群山，蜿蜒起伏的長城如巨龍盤踞，隊員們深刻體會到 “不到長城非好漢” 背後蘊含的堅韌不屈的品格，以及文化遺產在中華文化傳承與發展中的重要意義。

NFT members took a bus to the Badaling Great Wall. They freely climbed the steep steps along the Great Wall, experiencing the grandeur of this ancient military defense project and the wisdom of the laborers from the past. Standing on a beacon tower and gazing at the surrounding mountains, the winding Great Wall resembled a giant dragon resting on the landscape. NFT members deeply understood the resilience implied in the saying “He who has never been to the Great Wall is not a true hero”, as well as the significant role of cultural heritage in the inheritance and development of Chinese culture.
