澳門大學學子奪得《憲法》和《基本法》演講比賽亞軍和殿軍
由教育及青年發展局、澳門基本法推廣協會、法務局及市政署主辦的紀念《澳門特別行政區基本法》頒佈三十二周年之我與《憲法》和《基本法》演講比賽(高校組)於2025年6月6日圓滿結束。澳門大學的楊清然同學和周星彤同學在高校組中脫穎而出,分別榮獲亞軍及最佳演繹獎,以及殿軍,為校爭光。
本次比賽的主題為《憲法》及《基本法》與個人、家庭、學校及社會,要求參賽者結合自身經歷,正確理解兩部法律的深遠意義。社會科學學院經濟學一年級、張崑崙書院的楊清然同學的演講生動地講述了《基本法》如何影響其成長,並熱切呼籲青年積極參與法治建設。他衷心感謝澳門大學的全力支持和鼓勵,並對榮獲亞軍和最佳演繹獎表達感激。
法學院法學一年級、呂志和書院的周星彤同學則在此次比賽中獲得殿軍,她表示這次比賽是個人成長的寶貴經歷,作為一名法學生,她清楚理解法治對守護澳門繁榮穩定的意義,對憲法與基本法有了更深刻的理解,未來將以所學投身法治建設,傳播法治精神。
澳門大學對楊清然和周星彤的傑出表現致以熱烈祝賀,不僅彰顯了他們的個人努力,更是澳門青年法治精神與家國情懷的縮影。透過這個平台,學生們能深化對“一國兩制”的理解和認知。未來,澳門大學將繼續鼓勵學生以多元形式用實際行動來實踐法治精神,為澳門的長遠發展貢獻青年的力量。
UM Students Win Prizes at the Public Speaking Contest on the Constitution Law and the Basic Law
The public speaking contest commemorating the 32nd Anniversary of the Promulgation of the Basic Law of the Macao Special Administrative Region, titled “I, the Constitution Law, and the Basic Law” (University Group), was successfully concluded on 6 June 2025. It was organized by the Education and Youth Development Bureau (DSEDJ), the Macao Basic Law Promotion Association, the Legal Affairs Bureau (DSAJ), and the Municipal Affairs Bureau (IAM). Yang Qingran won second place and the Best Presentation award, while Zhou Xingtong was awarded fourth place.
The theme of this competition centered on the Constitution Law, the Basic Law, and their relationships with individuals, families, schools, and society. Participants were required to combine their own experiences to correctly understand the profound significance of these two laws. Yang Qingran, a first-year Economics student from the Faculty of Social Sciences and Cheong Kun Lun College, vividly described how the Basic Law had influenced his growth and ardently called on teenagers to actively participate in the construction of the rule of law. He expressed heartfelt gratitude to UM for its full support and encouragement in helping him win the second place and Best Presentation awards.
Zhou Xingtong, a first-year Law student from the Faculty of Law and Lui Che Woo College, secured fourth place in this competition. She mentioned that participating in this contest was a valuable experience for her personal growth. As a law student, she clearly understands the significance of the rule of law in safeguarding Macau’s prosperity and stability, gaining a deeper understanding of the Constitution and the Basic Law. In the future, she intends to apply what she has learned to contribute to the construction of the rule of law.
UM congratulates Yang Qingran and Zhou Xingtong for their outstanding performances, which not only demonstrate their personal efforts but also exemplify the spirit of rule of law and patriotism among Macao’s youth. Through this platform, students can gain a deeper understanding of “One Country, Two Systems”. In the future, UM will continue to encourage students to embody the spirit of the rule of law through practical actions in various forms, contributing the energy of youth to the long-term development of Macao.
