《澳門法學》創刊20周年座談會於澳大舉行
由澳門大學法學院主辦、《澳門法學》編輯部承辦的“《澳門法學》創刊20周年暨法學期刊如何助力澳門融入國家發展大局座談會”於6月14日在澳大法學院舉辦。
座談會由澳大法學院客席教授兼《澳門法學》主編趙國強主持,澳大法學院院長兼《澳門法學》編委會主任唐曉晴、澳大法學院講座教授兼人文社科高等研究院院長於興中、中國社會科學院學部委員兼《法學研究》主編陳甦及中國社會科學評價研究院副院長蘇金燕先後致辭。座談會聚焦“《澳門法學》創刊20周年暨法學期刊如何助力澳門融入國家發展大局”這一主題,分兩個單元展開座談。與會代表紛紛對《澳門法學》創刊20周年表示祝賀,不僅充分肯定了《澳門法學》作為澳門最具影響力的法學期刊於近年取得的顯著學術地位和學術影響,也為《澳門法學》的發展提出了深刻且具有前瞻性的建議和意見。
出席座談會的代表包括《法學研究》、《中外法學》、《法學家》、《法商研究》《法學評論》、《現代法學》、《中國法律評論》、《蘇州大學學報(法學版)》、《地方立法研究》、《東南法學》等中國內地核心法學期刊的主編,以及《南國學術—澳門大學學報》、《澳門環球法學研究》、《澳門研究》、《“一國兩制”研究》、《澳門法政雜誌》、《澳門警學》、《灣區法治》、《國際人文社科研究》等澳門學術期刊的主編。與會代表一致認為,是次座談會的成功舉辦,有助法學期刊在新時代背景下,兼顧理論與實踐的需要,緊跟時代發展的步伐;並期望在助力澳門融入國家發展大局的進程中,《澳門法學》為推動和促進澳門法學理論的發展、為橫琴粵澳深度合作區和粵港澳大灣區的法治建設作出更大貢獻。

Macau Law Review marks 20th anniversary with seminar held at UM
In celebration of the 20th anniversary of Macau Law Review, the Faculty of Law (FLL) of the University of Macau (UM) held a seminar on 14 June to discuss the role of legal journals in facilitating Macao’s integration into national development. The event was presented by the editorial board of Macau Law Review.
The seminar was moderated by Zhao Guoqiang, adjunct professor of FLL and editor-in-chief of Macau Law Review. Speakers included Tong Io Cheng, dean of FLL and chair of the editorial committee of Macau Law Review; Yu Xingzhong, chair professor of FLL and director of the Institute of Advanced Studies in Humanities and Social Sciences at UM; Chen Su, a member of the academic division of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and editor-in-chief of Chinese Journal of Law; and Su Jinyan, vice president of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Evaluation Studies.
Attendees included editors from leading legal journals in mainland China and academic journals in Macao. They gave full recognition of Macau Law Review’s growing academic influence and offered insights and advice for its future development. They also expressed hope that the journal will help promote the development of legal studies in Macao, and contribute to the development of the rule of law in the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
