澳門大學人文學院葡文系助理教授沈友友(Giorgio Sinedino)獲頒中國出版界面向海外的最高獎項——第18屆中華圖書特殊貢獻獎,以表彰其在中華文化國際傳播領域的卓越貢獻。
第18屆中華圖書特殊貢獻獎頒獎儀式於北京釣魚台國賓館舉行,來自12個國家的16位翻譯家、出版家和作家獲獎。沈友友作為獲獎者代表發言,分享其在跨文化傳播道路上的深厚感悟與不懈追求。
中華圖書特殊貢獻獎主要表彰在向海外介紹中華文化、促進中外文明交流互鑒等方面作出突出貢獻的外籍翻譯家、出版家和作家。獎項於2005年設立,此前已舉辦17屆,表彰了63個國家和地區的203位獲獎人。
沈友友是巴西漢學家、翻譯家、國際儒聯執委、世界漢學家理事會理事。他於2005年來華,2013年移居澳門,現任澳大人文學院葡文系助理教授。多年來,他在不同的工作崗位中以不同的方式為中華傳統文化走出去默默耕耘。其中,他在巴西出版《論語.葡語解義》、《老子道德經河上公注.葡語通釋》及《南華真經(莊子)內篇.葡語解析》三部中國古代經典的葡語闡釋譯著,以及即將出版的、專門為葡語國家讀者量身打造的《〈吶喊〉演繹——沈氏戲劇化翻譯和文學評析》,為增進國際社會對中國文化的認識和理解、促進文明交流互鑒作出了傑出貢獻。

UM professor of Portuguese Giorgio Sinedino receives Special Book Award of China
Giorgio Sinedino, assistant professor in the Department of Portuguese in the Faculty of Arts and Humanities at the University of Macau (UM), has been awarded the 18th Special Book Award of China in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the promotion of Chinese culture worldwide. The award is the highest honour that China’s publishing sector bestows upon foreign individuals.
The award ceremony was held at the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse in Beijing. A total of 16 translators, publishers, and authors from 12 countries were honoured with the award this year. Prof Sinedino delivered an acceptance speech on behalf of the recipients, in which he shared his insights on and dedication to cross-cultural communication.
The Special Book Award of China recognises foreign translators, publishers, and authors for who have made outstanding contributions to the promotion of Chinese culture to a global audience, and to the fostering of cultural dialogue and mutual learning between China and other civilisations. Since its establishment in 2005, the award has recognised the achievements of 203 individuals from 63 countries and regions over the past 17 editions.
Prof Sinedino is a Brazilian sinologist and translator. He is also a member of the Executive Council of the International Confucian Association and a member of the World Council of Sinologists. He came to China in 2005 and settled in Macao in 2013, and is currently an assistant professor in the Department of Portuguese in the Faculty of Arts and Humanities at UM. Prof Sinedino has promoted traditional Chinese culture through various professional roles and initiatives over the years. His most notable publications are the Portuguese translations of three ancient Chinese classics—The Analects, Dao De Jing, and Zhuangzi—which were published in Brazil. He will publish a book on the translation and literary criticism of Lu Xun’s Call to Arms, which is tailored for readers in Portuguese-speaking counties. Prof Sinedino’s work has made significant contributions to enhancing international understanding of Chinese culture, as well as to fostering cultural dialogue and mutual learning between China and other civilisations.

Professor da UM Giorgio Sinedino recebe o 18º Special Book Award of China
O professor assistente do Departamento de Português/FAH/Universidade de Macau Giorgio Sinedino foi um dos agraciados com o 18º Special Book Awards of China, em reconhecimento de suas contribuições importantes para a transmissão da cultura chinesa no estrangeiro.
Ao todo, 16 tradutores, autores e editores oriundos de 12 países receberam o galardão numa cerimónia realizada no dia 17 de Junho na Casa de Hóspedes de Estado Diaoyutai. Em suas palavras de agradecimento, Sinedino partilhou impressões sobre sua trajectória no intercâmbio cultural entre a China e os países de língua portuguesa, reiterando o seu empenho em dar continuidade a tal trabalho.
O Special Book Award of China é o mais importante prémio da China oferecido a estrangeiros no campo das publicações. Em particular, honra tradutores, autores e editores que realizaram contributos expressivos para a promoção da cultura chinesa no exterior, fomentando o diálogo e troca de experiências entre a China e outras civilizações. Criado em 2005, já foram realizadas dezassete edições do prémio, com 203 agraciados provenientes de 63 países e regiões.
Sinedino chegou à China em 2005, tendo fixado residência em Macau desde 2013. Actualmente, ele é professor assistente no Departamento de Português/Faculdade de Letras da Universidade de Macau. Nas diversas instituições por que passou, empenhou-se consistentemente para a divulgação da cultura chinesa tradicional, promovendo o conhecimento e compreensão desse legado no exterior e fomentando o diálogo e troca de experiências entre a China e outras civilizações.
