The scheduled system maintenance originally planned for Sunday, 20 July, 2025 has been rescheduled to Sunday, 27 July, 2025, due to typhoon conditions.
Affected Systems
- Lotus Notes System (including Workflow applications, such as e-Proposal, Document Database, etc.)
- Document Management System (ShareDM) and eForm System (Document access/sharing, eForm submission/approval processes, etc.)
- UMPASS Authentication System (Brief interruptions of less than 1 minute may occur for UMPASS Web Login.)
Important Notes
- The above services will be temporarily unavailable during maintenance and will resume automatically upon completion. Please plan your work accordingly.

受影響系統包括:
- Lotus Notes系統 (包括e-Proposal、Document Database等平台的應用流程系統)
- 文件管理系統 (ShareDM)及電子表格系統 (檔案存取、電子表格遞交及審批等服務將暫停)
- UMPASS統一認證服務(網上登入UMPASS時可能出現短暫中斷,每次少於一分鐘)
注意事項:
- 維護期間,上述服務將暫停或中斷,並於維護結束後自動恢復。請用戶提前安排工作。
