澳大師生於國際禁毒論壇獲優秀論文獎
澳門大學社會科學學院社會學系教授李德與博士生賴晟盛及柯麗珊合寫的論文於“第四屆國際禁毒論壇”獲評“優秀論文二等獎”。
論壇共收到300多篇論文投稿，最終評選出24篇獲獎論文，包括3項一等獎、6項二等獎及15項三等獎。澳大師生獲獎論文為《邁向科學協同治理：中國澳門藥物使用監測機制的比較分析與優化路徑》，分析了澳門近15年藥物使用數據，並揭示吸毒行為與犯罪記錄、教育背景等社會因素的關聯性，為政策制定提供參考。
“第四屆國際禁毒論壇”在上海舉行，主題為“和合共生：全球毒品問題治理的新方略、新技術、新舉措”，匯聚全球50多個國家和地區合共350多名專家學者，以及國家禁毒委員會、聯合國毒品和犯罪問題辦公室、國際麻醉品管制局等多個國際機構代表參與，就全球毒品治理趨勢展開交流。
UM faculty and students win outstanding paper award at International Forum on Drug Policy
A paper co-authored by Li De, professor in the Department of Sociology of the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Macau (UM), and doctoral students Lai Shengsheng and O Lai San, has won the ‘Second Prize for Outstanding Paper’ at the 4th International Forum on Drug Policy.
The forum received over 300 papers submissions, and selected 24 papers for awards, including 3 first prizes, 6 second prizes, and 15 third prizes. The award-winning paper from UM, titled ‘Towards Scientific and Collaborative Governance: A Comparative Analysis and Optimization Pathways of Macau’s Drug Use Monitoring System’, analysed drug use data from Macao over the past 15 years. It revealed the correlation between drug abuse and social factors such as criminal records and educational background, providing a reference for policymaking.
The 4th International Forum on Drug Policy was held in Shanghai. With the theme ‘Coexisted in Harmony: New Strategies, New Technologies, and New Measures in Global Drug Governance’, the event brought together over 350 experts and scholars from more than 50 countries and regions, as well as representatives from international organisations such as the China National Narcotics Control Commission, the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, and the International Narcotics Control Board, to exchange ideas on global drug policy.
