澳大智慧城市物聯網全國重點實驗室舉行學術委員會會議
澳門大學智慧城市物聯網全國重點實驗室今(19)日舉行第二屆學術委員會第二次會議,多位專家學者出席探討實驗室的發展和未來方向。
澳門特別行政區科學技術發展基金行政委員會委員葉桂林,中國科學院院士兼學術委員會主席梅宏,中國科學院院士金紅光、陳大可、李惠,中國工程院院士范維澄、李克強、張平,香港科技大學(廣州)創校校長倪明選,東南大學副校長金石,上海人工智能實驗室教授喬宇等參與會議。
會議由梅宏主持,葉桂林及澳大校長兼智慧城市物聯網全國重點實驗室主任宋永華於會上致辭。宋永華感謝與會專家對大學和實驗室的支持、指導及鼓勵,實驗室將繼續堅守初心,秉持科學精神,為城市的智慧化建設和可持續發展貢獻更多的科技力量。
葉桂林表示,實驗室自成立以來,持續取得巨大突破,多項科研成果榮獲國內外的殊榮,如光華工程科技獎、澳門自然科學獎、澳門技術發明獎、澳門研究生科技研發獎、國際會議青年學者獎、最佳論文獎等。實驗室致力於智慧城市建設和科技創新,率先提出新型可重構分佈式天線與反射面輔助通信感知一體化架構,顯著提升了物聯網通信與感知的能力;開發的智慧能源管理平台在國家電投橫琴粵澳深度合作區的供冷系統中成功應用,達成顯著的節能降耗效果;基礎設施安全智能預警技術也應用於港珠澳大橋與橫琴二橋等重大工程,提升了對大型結構的實時健康監測和維護管理。這些成就不僅豐富了智慧城市建設的技術理論體系,也展示了實驗室在產學研結合和跨領域合作中的卓越實力。
澳大智慧城市物聯網全國重點實驗室副主任馬少丹全面匯報實驗室於2025年的建設進展、人才引進及科研成果,並具體介紹未來的發展規劃及工作重點。委員們充分肯定及高度評價實驗室於科技創新、人才培養、產學研合作、開放課題等方面取得的成果,建議實驗室致力推進重大科研項目,深化基礎理論與技術研究,不斷促進科技成果轉化,發揮澳門優勢,積極參與國家重大科技項目。
宋永華感謝委員們的寶貴建議,並指實驗室將在學術委員會的指導和協助下,以優秀的人才為基石,攀登科研高峰,致力為澳門及國家的特、精、強戰略作出實質貢獻。是次會議有6位實驗室科研骨幹參加,通過會上的深入討論和交流,為智慧城市物聯網的發展和科技創新提供了重要的指導和保障。

UM State Key Laboratory of Internet of Things for Smart City holds academic committee meeting
The State Key Laboratory of Internet of Things for Smart City (SKL-IOTSC) at the University of Macau (UM) held the second meeting of its second academic committee today (19 August). Many experts and scholars attended the meeting to discuss the laboratory’s development and future direction.
The meeting was attended by Ip Kuai Lam, member of the Administrative Committee of the Science and Technology Development Fund of the Macao SAR; Mei Hong, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and president of the academic committee; Jin Hongguang, Chen Dake, and Li Hui, academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences; Fan Weicheng, Li Keqiang, and Zhang Ping, academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering; Lionel Ni, founding president of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou); Jin Shi, vice president of Southeast University; and Qiao Yu, professor at the Shanghai Artificial Intelligence Laboratory.
The meeting was chaired by Mei. In his speech, UM Rector Yonghua Song thanked the attending experts for their support, guidance and encouragement towards UM and SKL-IOTSC. He added that the laboratory will continue to adhere to its aspirations and contribute to the sustainable development of smart cities. In his speech, Ip said that SKL-IOTSC has consistently achieved significant breakthroughs since its establishment, with many of its research projects receiving accolades both locally and internationally. Notably, the laboratory’s research outcomes in areas such as smart city development, smart energy management, and intelligent early warning for infrastructure security have been applied in real-world scenarios, showcasing its exceptional capabilities in industry-academia collaboration and interdisciplinary cooperation.
During the meeting, Ma Shaodan, associate director of SKL-IOTSC, gave a report on the laboratory’s work, talent acquisition, and research achievements in 2025. She also presented its future development plans and key areas of work. The academic committee members gave full recognition of the laboratory’s achievements in technological innovation, talent cultivation, industry-academic collaboration, and open projects, and spoke highly of them. They also recommended the laboratory to promote major research projects, focus on basic theory and technology research, facilitate the commercialisation of research outcomes, and participate in major national science and technology projects.
