“擔任處長官職資格課程”於澳大開課
由澳門大學和澳門特別行政區政府行政公職局合辦的“擔任處長官職資格課程”今（9）日舉行開課典禮，行政法務司司長張永春、行政法務司司長辦公室主任林智龍、行政公職局局長梁穎妍、澳門大學校長宋永華，以及29位學員出席典禮。
梁穎妍致辭時表示，“擔任處長官職資格課程”是配合將於11月1日生效的第9／2025號法律關於修改《領導及主管人員通則的基本規定》而設立，特區政府將持續透過系統培訓，儲備特區治理人才，強化人員梯隊建設。是次課程亦總結了過去五屆領導力培訓班的經驗，作出了優化調整，定位更精準、目標更明確、同時要求亦更高。她寄語學員在學習中全心投入，互相啟發，共同成長，將來回到工作崗位上能學以致用，推動公共服務持續進步。
宋永華致辭時指出，課程採用多元的培訓模式，設計多場實務型活動，通過專題座談、專題研討、現場講解、實踐活動、個人答辯、小組答辯等形式，促進學員完善知識儲備，拓寬思維格局，調動創新潛能。以培訓為抓手，觀察和評鑑人員擔任處長的潛能，為構建管治梯隊提供支持。
是次課程學員來自不同施政範疇，具備優秀的才幹和潛力，在各自崗位上表現良好，經所屬部門及監督實體推薦參加是次為期五個星期的課程。

Qualification course for government division heads commences at UM
The qualification course for government division heads, jointly organised by the University of Macau (UM) and the Public Administration and Civil Service Bureau (SAFP) of the Macao SAR government, held its opening ceremony today (9 September). Cheong Weng Chon, secretary for administration and justice; Lam Chi Long, chief of the Office of the Secretary for Administration and Justice; Leong Weng In, director of SAFP; and Yonghua Song, rector of UM, attended the ceremony, along with 29 participants.
The participants come from various government departments and have demonstrated outstanding performance in their roles. They were nominated by their departments and supervisory bodies to attend this five-week course.
