"網上會議服務講解會" 順利舉行
目前資訊及通訊科技部向澳大用戶提供了 VooV/騰訊會議 及 Microsoft Teams 服務，以適用於線上教學、會議、學習活動及錄影等用途。為了讓大家了解如何有效地使用以上服務，資訊及通訊科技部於9月10日舉辦了「網上會議服務講解會」。
在講解會中，我們簡介了VooV/騰訊會議和Microsoft Teams 、帳號類型、排程會議、加入會議、功能概述、屏幕共享、錄影等，這有助於加強大家了解VooV/騰訊會議及 Microsoft Teams 的功能及操作。

ICTO currently provide VooV Meeting / Tencent Meeting and Microsoft Teams to UM users. These platforms support a wide range of activities, including online teaching, meetings, learning activities, and recordings. To help users better understand how to use these services effectively, ICTO has organized “Briefing on Web Conferencing Service” on 10 September 2025.
In the briefing, we introduced about VooV/Tencent Meeting and Microsoft Teams, account types, schedule meeting, join meeting, features overview, screen sharing, recording, etc. This helped enhance understanding how to use VooV/Tencent Meeting and Microsoft Teams.
