Arrangements for staff members to leave their workplaces during the Super Typhoon Ragasa
超強颱風“樺加沙”來襲時人員離開工作地點之安排
各位同事：
據地球物理氣象局預測，受超強颱風“樺加沙”影響，本澳預計於下午五時改掛八號風球。
根據行政公職局公函(見附件)，並按照校長指示，以下是懸掛八號風球期間人員離開工作地點的安排說明：
- 非前線人員：不影響部門對外服務的前提下，部門主管可安排工作人員最早於下午三時離開工作地點；
- 前線人員：不影響部門對外服務的前提下，部門主管可安排工作人員在懸掛八號風球前，適當提早離開工作地點；
- 其他特別情況：如有同事需早於下午三時離開工作地點，需預先獲部門主管批准，並需於本週內補償其提前離開工作崗位之時間。

Dear Colleagues,
According to the Macao Meteorological and Geophysical Bureau (SMG), due to the impact of Super Typhoon “Ragasa”, the Typhoon Signal No. 8 will be hoisted in Macao at 5:00p.m. today.
As per the official letter from the Public Administration and Civil Service Bureau (SAFP)(as attached), and according to the Rector’s instruction, please find the following arrangements for staff members to leave their workplaces during the Typhoon Signal No. 8:
- Non-frontline staff: Unit heads may arrange their staff members to leave their workplaces at 3:00p.m. the earliest, based on the actual circumstances and without affecting the services provided by the unit;
- Frontline staff: Unit heads may arrange their staff members to leave their workplaces before the Typhoon Signal No. 8 is hoisted, based on the actual circumstances and without affecting the services provided by the unit;
- Other special circumstances: In case any staff members need to leave the workplaces earlier than 3:00p.m., endorsement from unit head must be obtained in prior, and they are required to compensate for the working hours within this week.
