In order to carried out the theme of “Remember History, Honor Heroes, Cherish Peace, and Forge the Future”, the Office of Sports Affairs (OSA) organized visiting tours to the “80th Anniversary of Victory in the Chinese People’s War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist” for the UM Sports Teams, UMSU Sports Sub-clubs and OSA staffs. The exhibition is organized by the Macao SAR Government with the support of the Memorial Hall of the Chinese People’s War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression. It takes place at the Complex of Commerce and Trade Co-operation Platform for China and Portuguese-speaking Countries – Macao from 25 Aug to 24 Sep 2025.
OSA has arranged 5 visits (the last two sessions were cancelled due to typhoon) and more that 140 students participated.
Through precious historical materials, we can recreate the heroic chapter of the Chinese people fighting bloody battles against the Japanese, so that students can deeply understand the great significance of the victory of the War of Resistance and inherit the indomitable national spirit.
