UM Badminton Team captured 1st Runner-up of Women’s Doubles
at “27th China University Badminton Championship (General Group) Southern Division”
The “27th China University Badminton Championship (General Group) Southern Division” (hosted by 中國學生體育聯合會及中國羽毛球協會) ended successfully on 27 Sep in Chongqing University in Chongqing. There were 44 Universities participating in the championships, they sent their athletes to participate, with a total of 305 participants.
A total of 4 members from the UM Badminton Team were selected to represent the university in this competition. The events participated in this competition included Mixed Doubles and Women’s Doubles. In the Women’s Doubles category, the team advanced through multiple rounds, from the Round of 64 to 32, then to 16, 8, 4, and the semifinals. Ultimately, UM Badminton Team has captured 1st Runner-up of Women’s Doubles.
