2025-2026年度季節性流感疫苗免費接種 (學生專場)
親愛的同學們：
為預防流感爆發，保障大家的健康，澳門特別行政區政府衛生局將派員到澳大為本校學生(包括本地及非本地)提供免費2025-2026年度季節性流感疫苗集體接種。有意接種疫苗的同學請先細心閱讀以下注意事項。
接種日期(學生專場)：2025年11月5日
時間：10:00 – 12:00 (實際時間將由衛生局按報名總人數安排)
地點：澳大綜合體育館(N8) 地下G004室
接種當日需出示：身份證明文件(實體證件或一戶通內的電子卡證均可)、衛生局掛號卡號碼(俗稱金卡號碼)、學生證
注意事項：
是次登記系統由衛生局提供，學生必須持有由衛生局發出的掛號卡號碼(俗稱金卡號碼)方可登記及接種，而登記表上填的資料亦必須與申請金卡時所使用的資料一致，如同一名字及同一身份證明文件等。如未持有金卡或資料不一致，將無法登記。
如未持有金卡，請先到仁伯爵綜合醫院或衛生中心辦理。

Dear students,
To prevent outbreak of Seasonal Influenza and to protect our health, Health Bureau of Government of Macao S.A.R. is going to offer free group vaccination of Seasonal Influenza 2025-2026 to UM students (including local and non-local students). If you would like to have the vaccination, please read the important notes below carefully before registration.
Date of vaccination (student session): 5th November 2025
Time: 10:00 – 12:00 (the exact time will be confirmed by Health Bureau)
Venue: Room G004, G/F, UM Sports Complex (N8)
Items to be shown on the date of vaccination: Identification document (physical I.D. or digital copy in Macao One Account are accepted), Health Bureau patient card number (commonly known as gold card number), student card
Important notes:
The registration system is provided by Health Bureau. Student MUST have the patient card number (commonly known as gold card number) issued by Health Bureau in order to have the vaccination. The information used for registration and that used for applying the gold card must be consistent, for example, same name and same identity card number, etc. If the information is not consistent, you will not be able to register.
If you do not have the gold card, please apply it at Conde de São Januário General Hospital or Health Centres.
