For Macau residents
– Macau ID card (True copy or digital card in “Macao One Account”)
– Staff card
– Health Bureau’s patient card (True copy or digital card in “Macao One Account”)

For non Macau residents
– Identity document (Passport or ID card that you used to applied Health Bureau’s patient card “also known as Gold card”)
– Staff card
– Work permit (blue card)
– Health Bureau’s patient card (True copy or digital card in “Macao One Account”)

Important notes:
The registration system is managed by the Health Bureau. Staff MUST have a patient card number (commonly known as the Gold Card number) issued by the Health Bureau to receive the vaccination. The information used for registration must match the details provided when applying for the Gold Card, including the same name, identity card number, and other relevant details. Inconsistent information will prevent successful registration.  

If you do not have a Gold Card, please apply for one at Conde de São Januário General Hospital or Health Centres.
