選舉委員會(以下簡稱「選委會」)根據澳門大學學生會第 2/2025 號內部規章《領導機關選舉制度》第四十四條的規定訂定投票站的地點由選委會訂定，並最遲於投票日前十日公佈。選委會現公布本屆選舉票站位置，本屆選舉共設有十二個票站，位置如下:

10 月 21 日(星期二)
1. 中央教學樓東六座(E6)學習共享空間
2. 中央教學樓東四座（E4）正門巴士站入口方向左方
3. 薈萃坊(S8)地面層樓梯處背面
4. 社會科學學院(E21B)學習共享空間
5. 工商管理學院(E22)書院方向入口

本屆選舉的票站開放時間為早上十一時至晚上八時(11:00-20:00)。同學可於票站開放 時間根據上述票站分布位置進行投票，投票流程如下:
1. 將學生證交給工作人員以作登記及確認投票資格;
2. 取得兩張投票紙(會員大會主席團及理事會、監事會)的選票;
3. 進入劃票間投票(劃票間每次只能一人進入);
4. 在屬意之候選內閣旁的空格內投票;
5. 投票後將選票向內對摺兩次，離開劃票間;
6. 分別把兩張不同機關的選票投入兩個不同的票箱中。

藉此，選舉委員會呼籲澳門大學學生善於行使作為學生會會員的權利，一人一票選出新一屆領導機關，共同維護學生權益，攜手打造更好的校園未來。

According to paragraph 44 of Internal Regulation No.2/2025 “Electoral System of Management Board”, the location of polling station is stipulated by Election Committee and shall be published at least ten days before Election Day. Thus, Election Committee announces the location of the polling stations, there will be twelve stations’ locations in total, and the locations are as follow:

The opening hours of stations will be from 11:00 to 20:00. Students may go to one of the listed stations to vote during the opening hours.
The procedures are as follow:
1) Showing a valid student ID card of University of Macau (UM) once you have arrived the polling station, which is mainly for verification;
2) Receiving two different polls for three different organisations (Presidium of General Assembly and Board of Directions, Supervisory Board.), you should then get into the polling booth (max. for ONE person each time);
3) Vote in the polling booth;
4) Vote for the cabinet, vote on the area beside the cabinet page and logo;
5) Folding up the ballot ticket twice, and leave the polling booth;
6) Put the ballot paper properly in the related ballot box.

The election committee hereby appeal to the students of the University of Macau to seize the opportunity to exercise their rights as members of the Students’ Union and cast a sacred vote for the operation of the management board of the Student Union in the coming year. Your vote is important, let’s build a better campus future.
