MCM College invites you to join MCMC Musicales: From Light to Flame, on 22 November 2025 (Saturday) at 3:00 p.m. at the University of Macau, W11 College, to celebrate a musical journey from Baroque brilliance to Romantic transcendence.
International pianist Steffin Johnson presents a program tracing the evolution of the piano across three centuries — from Scarlatti’s radiant sonatas and Prokofiev’s fierce virtuosity to the shimmering impressionism of Ravel and Debussy, culminating in Liszt’s apocalyptic Totentanz.
Through this arc, the program evokes not only musical transformation but also personal exploration — a merging of clarity, fire, and soul. The result is a soundscape of elegance, intensity, and spiritual luminosity.
The concert lasts approximately one hour and is free and open to all.

這場音樂會不僅描繪音樂形式的蛻變，更探索演奏者內心的旅程——在光明與炙熱之間，在理性與靈魂交織之處，尋找「光與焰」融合的詩意。
