MCM College: UM Mental Health Awareness Month ─ “Mindful Linner & Raw Vegan Experience Workshop
滿珍紀念書院:澳大心理健康推廣月 ─ 「靜觀下午茶禪與生機素食」體驗工作坊
On 15th October, 2025, Moon Chun Memorial College, University of Macau invited students to take a pause from their fast-paced academic lives through a unique wellness experience: Mindful Linner, an experiential workshop that blended mindfulness, raw vegetarian diet, and sensory awareness. Its aim was to integrate eating and cooking into daily life through a mindful attitude and approach, allowing participants to reconnect with their inner selves and attentively experience each moment of life.
The workshop began with an introduction to the “Raw Vegetarian Diet” by two instructors from Tranquil, Ms. Vincy Che and Ms. Stephanie Chu. This diet emphasizes a return to nature and vitality. The instructors demonstrated how to prepare beginner-friendly raw vegetarian dishes, allowing participants to personally experience the cooking process with a mindful attitude. Through vivid sensory engagement, they explored the texture, aroma, and transformation of ingredients, rebuilding their connection with food.
Following this, the instructors guided participants through a mindful eating exercise, encouraging them to savor the raw vegetarian dishes slowly, awaken their five senses, become self-aware, and experience the peace and joy that mindfulness brings. The workshop also incorporated sound healing with singing bowls, helping participants relax physically and mentally through sound resonance, release daily stress, and enhance their sense of happiness and fulfillment.
This workshop not only introduced participants to the essence and cultivation of mindfulness culture but also encouraged them to practice mindfulness in daily life—starting with food—to nurture awareness and gratitude, and to live a more meaningful and enriched life.
2025年10月15日,澳門大學滿珍紀念書院邀請學生在快節奏的學習生活中稍作停頓,參與一場別具意義的身心健康體驗活動——靜觀下午茶禪。這是一場融合正念練習、生機素食飲食與感官覺察的體驗式工作坊,旨在透過靜觀的態度與方式,將飲食與烹調融入日常生活,讓參加者回歸內在,細緻感受生活中的每一個當下。
工作坊由融和靜樂文化空間的兩位導師謝穎思和朱少卿介紹「生機素食飲食法」的理念,一種回歸自然、富含生命力的飲食方式。導師現場示範了適合初學者的生機素食的料理製作方法,讓參加者以靜觀態度親身體驗烹調的過程,透過豐富的感官感受食材的質地、氣味與變化,重新建立與食物之間的連結。
隨後,導師引領參加者進行靜觀飲食練習,鼓勵大家細細品嚐生機素食料理,開啟五感,覺察自我,體驗靜觀所帶來的寧靜與喜悅。工作坊還融入了頌鉢聲音療癒元素,讓參加者在聲音的共鳴中放鬆身心,釋放日常壓力,提升生活的幸福感與滿足感。本次工作坊不僅讓參加者初步認識靜觀文化的精髓與修習方式,更鼓勵大家在日常生活中實踐靜觀,從飲食開始,培養覺察與感恩的心態,活出更有意義、更充實的生活。
