2025/2026 Postgraduate House Tutors Inauguration Ceremony Successfully Held
2025/2026學年研究生宿舍小導師就職儀式圓滿舉行
澳門大學2025/2026學年研究生宿舍導師就職儀式於10月21日圓滿舉行。儀式簡潔而莊重，新一屆小導師團隊在嘉賓見證下正式就職，承諾為研究生宿舍提供全方位支援，共建安全、和諧的住宿環境。
The inauguration ceremony for AY2025/2026 Postgraduate House Tutors of the University of Macau was successfully held on October 21. The event was concise yet solemn, during which the new House Tutor team was officially sworn in, pledging to provide comprehensive support to the Postgraduate House and jointly build a safe and harmonious living environment.
學生事務長彭執中先生在致辭中，結合其在大學四十年的服務經驗，闡述了宿舍小導師的核心職責。他還先後介紹了防範詐騙資訊與性別平等政策，通過真實案例，并巧妙融入《西游记》中的智慧，提醒團隊警惕各類詐騙風險，呼籲共同維護相互尊重的校園文化。典禮上亦介紹了研究生宿舍的整體架構及本學年受邀的12位研究生生涯導師。未來，雙方將繼續通力合作，共同為研究生搭建更豐富的交流互動平臺。
In his address, Mr. Paul Pang, Dean of Students, drew upon his forty years of service at the University to outline the core responsibilities of the House Tutors. He also shared fraud prevention information and the University’s Gender Equality Policy. Using real-life cases and skillfully incorporating wisdom from, he reminded the team to remain vigilant against various fraud risks and called on everyone to work together to maintain a campus culture of mutual respect. The ceremony also introduced the overall structure of the Postgraduate House and the 12 PGH Fellows for the academic year. Moving forward, both parties will continue to collaborate closely to build a richer platform for exchange and interaction for postgraduate students.
來自人文學院的資深宿舍小導師林佩瑤同學在宣誓前分享了服務心得，鼓勵新任小導師在服務中體現溫度、在協作中凝聚力量。隨後，在她的帶領下，全體宿舍小導師莊嚴宣誓，承諾恪盡職守，服務宿生。
Before the oath-taking, senior House Tutor Ms. Lin Peiyao, a student from the Faculty of Arts and Humanities, shared her experiences, encouraging the new House Tutors to bring warmth to their service and strengthen cohesion through collaboration. Subsequently, under her leadership, all House Tutors solemnly swore an oath, committing to fulfill their duties and serve the residents.
為促進團隊融合，儀式開始前還組織了破冰遊戲與經驗分享環節。活動有效增進了彼此瞭解，強化了團隊協作意識，為後續工作開展奠定了良好基礎。儀式在全員大合照與輕鬆交流中圓滿結束。
To foster team integration, ice-breaking games and experience-sharing sessions were organized before the ceremony. These activities effectively enhanced mutual understanding and strengthened team cohesion, laying a solid foundation for future work. The ceremony concluded with a group photo and a relaxed networking session.
