MCM College: UM Mental Health Awareness Month – “Sing your heart out” Concert
滿珍紀念書院: 澳大心理健康推廣月 – 「共唱這歌」音樂會
University of Macau Moon Chun Memorial College hosted “Sing your heart out” concert on October 23, in alignment with the university’s Mental Health Awareness Month initiatives. This event sought to promote a positive attitude through the transformative power of music while encouraging students to pay attention to mental health. The atmosphere was both warm and inspiring, attracting over a hundred faculty and students.
The concert featured 15 compelling performances, during which the performers not only exhibited their musical talents but also shared personal stories and experiences on stage, allowing their emotions to resonate within their performances. Each song, accompanied by a narrative, served as a powerful medium for conveying messages of hope, courage, and acceptance, motivating the audience to confront the challenges and pressures associated with personal growth.
MCMC is committed to addressing mental health topics through innovative and student-centered initiatives, fostering an open, inclusive, and supportive environment. Acknowledging the profound healing and connecting capabilities of music, the college plans to continue facilitating a diverse range of events aimed at promoting balanced physical and mental well-being, ultimately assisting students in developing a positive attitude on life and collaboratively building a healthier and more harmonious community.

澳門大學滿珍紀念書院為響應澳大心理健康月,於10月23日舉辦「共唱這歌」音樂會,旨在透過音樂的力量,宣揚正向生活態度,鼓勵同儕關注心理健康。活動現場氣氛溫馨感人,吸引了逾百位師生參與。
是次音樂會共呈現了15個精彩紛呈的演出項目。演出者不僅展示了音樂才華,更在舞台上真誠分享個人故事與心路歷程,將情感融入歌聲之中。一首首有著個人故事的歌曲成為載體,傳遞著希望、勇氣與接納的訊息,以真摯的情感勉勵在場觀眾,共同面對成長中的挑戰與壓力。
滿珍紀念書院希望透過此類創新且貼近學生的活動形式,打破對心理話題的沉默,營造一個開放、包容、互相支持的書院氛圍。音樂具有強大的治癒與連結力量,書院未來將持續舉辦多元化活動,推動身心均衡發展,助力學生建立積極向上的生活態度,共同建構更健康和諧的校園社區。
「剛開始是比較緊張的,再加上是一個人去唱歌,看到大舞台和這麼多人非常害怕。後來慢慢隨著音樂放鬆自己,沉浸其中。最後上台也沒有那麼緊張了,能夠把自己心裡話唱出來也感到幸福。我一直到了活動最後,心滿意足的離開。」— 張玉格
