To provide opportunities for your development, the Human Resources Section is going to hold the following training courses in November 2025.

Please note that National Affairs training courses are compulsory for staff. Therefore, each staff should attend at least one National Affairs training course in 2025. Please grasp the chance to register.

This course explores the historical development of Macao with a particular focus on its place within Chinese history. It examines how Macao functioned as a point of interaction between China and the West, and how this shaped its cultural, social, and historical trajectory. By situating Macao within the broader context of China’s past, the course aims to offer a refined understanding of its unique identity and historical significance.

這門課程探討澳門的歷史發展，特別關注其在中國歷史中的地位。課程深入分析澳門如何作為中國與西方之間的交流樞紐，以及這一角色如何塑造了澳門的文化、社會和歷史軌跡。通過將澳門置於中國歷史的宏觀背景之中，課程旨在提供對其獨特身份和歷史意義的深入理解。

  • Requirements, guiding principles, positioning and development goals of the “Master Plan”;
    建設總體方案的要求、指導思想、定位、發展目標；
  • Development directions of the “Master Plan”: science and technology, infrastructure, modern industry, ecological protection, and well-being of the people;
    方案所提出的發展方向：科技層面、基礎設施、現代產業、生態保護、民生福祉；
  • Hengqin as an ideal place for Macao residents in terms of study, entrepreneurship, working and living as per the “Master Plan”;
    橫琴作為澳門人學習、創業、工作、生活的理想地方；
  • A new framework of “Mutual Discussion, Joint Construction, Joint Administration, and Shared Benefits”;
    共商共建共管共享的新體制；
  • Policy implementation, as well as the current status and prospects of Macao-Hengqin integration
