  • Obtain an in-depth understanding of the requirements of ISO9001:2015 QMS and ISO14001:2015 EMS
    深入了解ISO9001：2015和ISO 14001：2015的條文和要求
  • Learn necessary managerial, leadership and communication and result measurement skills to lead and mobilize their fellows to deploy the QMS and EMS
    掌握管理、領導、溝通和績效管理技巧，以領導團隊執行質量管理系統(QMS)和環境管理系統(EMS)
  • Understand the advantages of implementing QMS and EMS

  2. Use Formulas: Lookup Functions to Match Excel Data
    利用參照和查找函數匹配Excel數據

    • LOOKUP, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP
    • INDEX, MATCH, OFFSET
  3. Use Transformation Functions to Transpose Tables
    利用轉換功能函數轉置表格

    • TRANSPOSE
  4. Summarize and Analyze Data 總計及分析資料
    • Create PivotTables 建立樞紐分析表
    • Modify PivotTable content 修改樞紐分析表內容
    • Visualize results (convert to chart) 結果視覺化 (變成圖報表)
  5. Perform What-if Analysis 進行What-if Analysis (假設狀況分析)
