On November 5, 2025, the University of Macau Moon Chun Memorial College and the UM Library jointly organized this “Green Ecological Bottles” Workshop. Mr. Norman Lo and Ms. Fanny Law from the UM Library explained the basic tools and methods for creating ecological bottles at the library and showcased some finished eco-friendly ecological bottles to the participants.

After gaining an understanding of plant ecology, the participants collected recyclable materials and returned to MCMC and created their unique ecological bottles. During the activity periods, participants obtained valuable knowledge about ecology and botany, which effectively broadens their horizons. By unleashing their imagination and creativity by transforming discarded glass and plastic bottles into original craft works, participants make efforts to turn our environment clean and green.
