由體育事務部(OSA)主辦的「瑜伽」興趣班圓滿成功。此課程共設5班,於九月至十一月期間在澳大綜合體育館(N8)進行,旨在推廣這項有益身心的運動,讓參與者體驗其眾多好處,包括提升身體控制力、改善靈活性,並促進心理健康。
課程由中國澳門瑜伽體育總會的認證瑜伽教練帶領,參與者可以選擇參加4節或8節課程,享受著安靜而和諧的團體氛圍,讓他們沉浸在瑜伽獨特的動作和呼吸技巧中,提升了學員的協調性和身心靈的平衡。
學員的反饋非常正面,許多人表示課程提升了他們的柔韌性和專注力,並顯著增強了他們的整體身心健康。體育事務部透過開設多元化的體育課程,致力推動並鼓勵澳大師生及職員積極參與運動,享受運動帶來的樂趣與益處。
The Office of Sports Affairs (OSA) successfully launched the “Yoga” Interest Course to promote this beneficial mind-body practice. It allows participants to experience numerous benefits, including improved body control, enhanced flexibility, and better mental health.
The course consists of 5 classes held from September to November at the UM Sports Complex (N8), led by certified instructors from the Yoga and Sports General Association of Macau, China, participants can choose to attend either 4 or 8 sessions. They enjoy a calm and harmonious group atmosphere, immersing themselves in the unique movements and breathing techniques of yoga, which enhance their coordination and balance of body and mind.
Feedback from participants has been overwhelmingly positive, with many reporting improvements in their flexibility and concentration, as well as significant enhancements in their overall physical and mental well-being. The Office of Sports Affairs is dedicated to promoting and encouraging UM members to actively engage in sports, enjoying the fun and benefits that come with an active lifestyle.
