最高人民法院代表團訪澳大
最高人民法院副院長陶凱元於11月26日率團訪問澳門大學，了解澳大科教發展情況，獲澳大校長宋永華熱情接待。
宋永華向代表團介紹了澳大的歷史沿革和發展概況，強調澳大正積極發揮“特區大學、特殊使命、特別關懷、特色辦學”四個獨特優勢，把握粵港澳大灣區建設與橫琴粵澳深度合作區發展機遇，致力培養更多愛國愛澳人才，創造更多科研成果，期望進一步助力澳門特區經濟適度多元發展和融入國家發展大局。
代表團對澳大近年的教育科研創新成果表示充分肯定。陶凱元指出，最高人民法院高度重視與澳門特區有關司法方面的交流合作，與澳大在法律研究與人才培養合作上取得豐碩成果。她表示，知識產權保護在推進中國式現代化建設進程中具有重要戰略地位，期望繼續加強與澳大相關合作，進一步拓展在知識產權司法保護等領域的研究協同和人才產出。
其後，代表團分別在澳大副校長許敬文及圖書館館長徐鴻的陪同下，參觀了大學展館和伍宜孫圖書館。
代表團成員還包括最高人民法院研究室副主任司豔麗、知識產權法庭副庭長朱理、辦公廳祕書劉岩岩。澳大法學院院長唐曉晴、人文社科高等研究院院長於興中、校長辦公室主任汪淇、法學院助理院長汪超等亦參與接待。

Delegation from Supreme People’s Court visits UM
A delegation led by Tao Kaiyuan, vice president of the Supreme People’s Court, visited the University of Macau (UM) to learn about its development and achievements in research and teaching. The delegation was warmly received by Yonghua Song, rector of UM.
Song gave the delegation an overview of UM’s history and development, and highlighted that the university is committed to nurturing talent who love the country and Macao and producing more research results to help the Macao SAR promote economic diversification and integrate into national development.
The delegation expressed appreciation for UM’s achievements in research, teaching, and innovation. Tao expressed hope to further strengthen cooperation with UM in research and talent cultivation in the judicial protection of intellectual property rights. The delegation also visited the University Gallery and the Wu Yee Sun Library.
