澳大法學院辦憲法專題座談會
適逢國家憲法日，澳門大學法學院憲法與基本法研究中心舉辦專題座談會，圍繞憲法在“一國兩制”實踐中的核心作用展開深入研討。
澳大法學院院長唐曉晴在致辭中強調，憲法是“一國兩制”實踐的根本法治保障，澳門作為“一國兩制”成功典範，離不開對憲法與基本法共同確立的憲制秩序的堅定維護。他介紹，澳大法學院已構建全鏈條法治教育體系，今年起更將憲法及相關法律教育設為法學專業以外的本科必修課，致力夯實人才培養的法治根基。在總結環節，他提出了“深研淺推”理念，強調憲法研究需追本溯源，普及則應貼近民生。
澳大法學院憲法與基本法研究中心主任蔣朝陽總結澳門法治教育五大特點，指出中央高度重視、機制日趨完善是澳門憲法宣傳的鮮明優勢；澳門已將憲法教育融入升學及公職晉升體系，形成多主體、全覆蓋的普法格局，但需進一步加強師資隊伍建設以應對教學需求。
澳大法學院憲法與基本法研究中心副主任王禹提出，憲法研究應結合國家實際與澳門特色，深入了解“一國兩制”制度創新價值；澳大法學院憲法與基本法研究中心副主任江華從理解、認同、實踐三個維度，闡釋憲法對澳門發展的保障作用。

UM Faculty of Law holds seminar on Constitution
To mark the Constitution Day, the Centre for Constitutional Law and Basic Law Studies in the Faculty of Law (FLL) at the University of Macau held a seminar on the significance of the Constitution in the implementation of the ‘one country, two systems’ policy.
Speaking at the event, Tong Io Cheng, dean of FLL, said that the faculty has established a comprehensive legal education system. He added that courses on the Constitution and related legal education have been made compulsory for undergraduate students in non-law majors. Other FLL scholars also discussed a range of topics related to the Constitution during the seminar.
