澳大法學院與國際關係學院辦國安法教育論壇
為紀念《中華人民共和國國家安全法》頒佈實施十周年，澳門大學法學院憲法與基本法研究中心和國際關係學院國家安全法治研究基地於12月6日合辦澳門國家安全法教育論壇，同場還簽署合作協議，共同開展強化澳門特區國家安全教育的相關工作。
與會的專家學者分別來自澳門大學、國際關係學院、中山大學、深圳大學、上海國際問題研究院、香港城市大學、香港教育大學、澳門保安部隊高等學校，以及澳門特別行政區政府教育及青年發展局、行政公職局、法務局、司法警察局等。中央人民政府駐澳門特別行政區聯絡辦公室派員出席指導。
開幕式上，澳大法學院院長唐曉晴、國際關係學院副院長畢雁英致辭，並分別代表澳大法學院憲法與基本法研究中心、國際關係學院國家安全法治研究基地簽署合作協議，雙方將針對國家安全教學框架設計、國家安全教育主體培訓和澳門特區國家安全教育成效評估等開展合作。
會上，與會者圍繞國家安全教育的意義、挑戰與機遇，內地及港澳國安教育現狀、實踐經驗、發展等領域進行深入研討。澳大法學院憲法與基本法研究中心主任蔣朝陽作論壇總結。

UM Faculty of Law, University of International Relations hold national security law education forum
To mark the 10th anniversary of the promulgation and implementation of the National Security Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Centre for Constitutional Law and Basic Law Studies of the Faculty of Law at the University of Macau and the Research Base for National Security and Rule of Law at the University of International Relations jointly held a forum on national security education in Macao on 6 December. During the event, the two institutions also signed a cooperation agreement to further strengthen national security education in the Macao SAR.
At the forum, participants discussed the significance, challenges, and opportunities of national security education, and exchanged views on the current situation, practical experience, and future development of national security education in the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, and Macao.
