澳大博士生獲“曾憲義先生法律史獎學金”優秀論著獎
澳門大學法學院博士研究生唐銘澤的論文《權利為何保護人的自由意志——對權利意志論的思想史考察》獲第七屆“曾憲義先生法律史獎學金”優秀論著獎。該論文已發表於《法學》2024年第4期。
該獎項被譽為中國法律史學界青年學者的最高榮譽之一，今屆僅有四篇論著獲獎，唐銘澤論文為其中之一，彰顯了澳大學生在相關領域的研究水平，以及澳大法學院人才培養的成果。
“曾憲義先生法律史獎學金”自2012年起創設，評選每兩年一屆。“第七屆曾憲義先生法律史獎學金”自2024年底發佈公告開始徵文以來，共收到參評論著百逾項。經評委會評審，共評選出各類獎項22項，其中優秀論著獎四項。

UM doctoral student wins outstanding monograph award at Zeng Xianyi Legal History Scholarship
Tang Mingze, a doctoral student in the Faculty of Law (FLL) at the University of Macau (UM), won an Outstanding Monograph Award at the 7th Zeng Xianyi Legal History Scholarship for his paper Why Rights Should Protect Free Will: An Intellectual History Study of Will Theory of Rights. The paper has also been published in the journal Law Science.
Recognised as one of the highest honours for young scholars in Chinese legal history, the award was given to only four papers this year. Tang’s achievement showcases the strong research capabilities of UM students and reflects FLL’s commitment to talent cultivation.
