Activity Highlights
The “2023 Macao Fencing Ranking Tournament- Round 1” (2023年澳門劍擊排名賽 – 第一回合), organized by Macao Fencing General Association, was held from 25-26 Mar at Macao East Asian Games Dome. A total of 148 local contestants from Macao higher education institutions and fencing clubs have participated in the tournament.
UM Fencing Team has sent 16 members to participate in six individual events, including Men’s Individual Epee (男子重劍), Women’s Individual Epee (女子重劍), Men’s Individual Foil (男子花劍), Women’s Individual Foil (女子花劍), Men’s Individual Sabre (男子佩劍) and Women’s Team Sabre (女子佩劍).
In addition, student Li Ji (FST/HFPJC) got the overall 2nd Runner-up of Men’s Individual Foil of the “2022 Macao Fencing Ranking Tournament. The overall results are shown as below:
