In order to promote sports culture and build up friendly relationship among UMSU Badminton Club, MUST SU Badminton Club & CityU SU Badminton Club. We are going to organize “Badminton United Cup” and please find the details below:

Target Participants: Students of UM (澳門大學), MUST (澳門科技大學) & CityU (澳門城市大學)

Events: Men’s Doubles; Women’s Doubles and Mixed Doubles

Venue: Training Hall A, UM Sports Complex, N8

Date & Time

• 17 Jan, Sat (11:00-18:00)  
• 18 Jan, Sun (10:00-18:00)

Registration Fee:

• RMB45 (Member of UMSU Badminton Club, MUST SU Badminton Club and CityU SU Badminton Club)
• RMB55 (Non-member of UMSU Badminton Club, MUST SU Badminton Club and CityU SU Badminton Club)

*Quota: 

• Men’s Double: 48
• Mixed Doubles : 48
• Women’s Doubles : 32

*The enrollment quota will be equally shared among the UM, MUST & CityU. If one party has fewer applicants, the remaining quota will be reasonably allocated to the other two.

Note:

1. Players have to bring their own racket;
2. Each doubles team shall consist of no more than one current member of the Macau Team and / or University Team;
3. The current member of the Macau Team and / or University Team shall not be eligible for multiple event entries.
4. Players must wear proper sportswear, such as sportswear and sports shoes. Otherwise they are not permitted to play;
5. The badminton shuttlecocks will be provided by the organizers for the use of the competition;
6. The side that touches any facilities at the top of the court during a match will be deemed to have lost points for the ball;
7. All players are required to arrive at the registration counter 15 minutes before the start of the event with their student ID cards;
8. If a player is not on the spot for five minutes after the roll call, the player will be disqualified;
9. If it is found that the player does not match the registered status, the player will be disqualified;
10. All players will be responsible for any injury or accident during the competition.

Prizes will be awarded to the team of Men’s Doubles; Mixed Doubles and Women’s Doubles:

• Champion 冠軍隊(MOP300)
• 1st Runner-up 亞軍隊 (MOP200)
• 2nd Runner-up 季軍隊 (MOP100)
