親愛的同事及同學們:
農曆新年將至,大家可能會與親朋戚友吃飯團聚,難免會令體重增加一點點。如何在佳節期間控制體重? 如何過一個既健康又充滿活力的農曆新年?安健及環境事務辦公室將舉辦「運動是良方」體重控制講座,除與大家分享均衡飲食的資訊外,更重要的是了解在控制體重的過程中運動所擔當的角色。歡迎有興趣的教職員及學生參加,詳情如下:

Dear colleagues and students,
Chinese New Year is coming. During the festive holidays, you may celebrate with your relatives and friends with parties and great feast, and there is a chance to gain weight. How can you manage weight during Chinese New Year? How can you spend your holidays healthily and actively? Office of Health, Safety and Environmental Affairs is organizing the Weight Management Seminar: Exerise is the Remedy. Besides healthy diet, most importantly, we will discuss the role of physical exericse in the weight management journey. All interested staff and students are welcome, and please find the details below:
Guest speaker: Prof. Stanley Hui, College Master of HFPJC, advisor of “Exercise is Medicine® On Campus (EIM-OC)” taskforce

Remark: All registered participants will be given light lunch. Students will get 1 PE hour when fully participated. Health & EP Ambassadors will be given 3 HEP FUN.
