澳門大學持續進修中心於2026年1月19日至21日，與工商管理學院商業研究及培訓中心合作，為40名來自内蒙古大學不同專業的優秀學生舉辦“跨文化交流與領導力專題培訓課程”，獲學生一致好評。
兩位内大國際合作與交流處的帶隊老師，在開班儀式和結業儀式上分別致辭，感謝澳大的精心安排，期望同學們珍惜此次難得的學習機會，開闊視野、增長見識。澳大持續進修中心主任劉丁己教授則表示，希望内蒙古大學的師生們多認識澳大及澳門，歡迎以後再來澳大交流學習。
兩場專題講座，“跨文化交流與全球視野”以及“全球領導力與戰略管理”，由澳大資深教員全程英語授課。學生們體驗了澳大國際化師資的優質教學，對澳大優美的校園留下了深刻的印象。
內蒙古大學位於內蒙古自治區首府呼和浩特市，是新中國成立後黨和國家在邊疆民族地區創辦的第一所綜合大學。學校創辦於1957年，1978年被確定爲全國88所重點大學之一，1997年被批准爲國家“211工程”重點建設院校，2004年成爲內蒙古自治區人民政府和教育部“省部共建”大學，2012年入選國家“中西部高校提升綜合實力計劃”高校（“一省一校”），2017年入選國家一流學科建設高校，2018年成爲教育部和內蒙古自治區人民政府“部區合建”高校，2022年入選國家第二輪“雙一流”建設高校。

CCE and BRTC co-organized a training course on Cross-Cultural Communication and Leadership for students from Inner Mongolia University
The Centre for Continuing Education (CCE) of the University of Macau (UM), in collaboration with the Business Research and Training Center (BRTC) of Faculty of Business Administration’s (FBA), hosted a “Training Course on Cross-Cultural Communication and Leadership” for 40 outstanding students from various majors at Inner Mongolia University (IMU) from January 19 to 21, 2026.
Two leading teachers from the Office of International Cooperation and Exchange at IMU delivered speeches at the opening and closing ceremonies. They expressed gratitude for UM’s meticulous arrangements and hoped that students would cherish this rare learning opportunity to broaden their horizons and increase their knowledge. Prof. Matthew Liu, Director of CCE, expressed his hope that the teachers and students from IMU would learn more about UM and Macao, and welcomed them to visit UM for exchange and study again in the future.
The program featured two specialized lectures delivered entirely in English by senior UM professors, with topics including “Cross-Cultural Communication and Global Perspective” and “Global Leadership and Strategic Management”. Students experienced the high-quality teaching of UM’s international faculty and were left with a deep impression of the university’s beautiful campus. The enriching training and campus tour received unanimous praise from the participants.
Inner Mongolia University is located in Hohhot, the capital of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It is the first comprehensive university established by the Party and the state in a border minority region after the founding of the People’s Republic of China. Founded in 1957, IMU was designated as one of the 88 key national universities in 1978. It was approved as a key construction institution under the national “211 Project” in 1997 and became a university co-sponsored by the People’s Government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and the Ministry of Education in 2004. In 2012, it was selected for the national “Project to Enhance the Comprehensive Strength of Universities in Central and Western China” (One University per Province). In 2017, it was selected as a national “Double First-Class” discipline construction university. In 2018, it became a university jointly built by the Ministry of Education and the People’s Government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. In 2022, it was selected for the second round of the national “Double First-Class” construction universities.
To strengthen cooperation and exchange between UM and key universities in the Chinese mainland, CCE and BRTC plan to continue providing high-quality training programs in the future.
