“擔任處長官職資格課程”結業禮在澳大舉行

由澳門大學和澳門特別行政區政府行政公職局合辦的第二班“擔任處長官職資格課程”結業典禮在澳大舉行,共有30名學員獲頒結業證書。

典禮由澳門特別行政區行政法務司司長黃少澤主禮,出席嘉賓包括行政法務司司長辦公室主任曾翔、澳大校長宋永華、行政公職局局長梁穎妍、澳大公共行政培訓中心主任稅兵等。

宋永華與梁穎妍分別向30名學員頒發結業證書。稅兵在致辭中寄語,學員履新管理崗位後,務必做到“把思考置於程序之前,把責任置於藉口之前",勉勵學員要勇於擔當、真誠為民。他又指,澳大公共行政培訓中心將持續匯聚優質精良的師資力量,打造高品質培訓課程,緊密配合特區政府公共行政改革工作需求,為特區培養更多優秀的管治人才。

“擔任處長官職資格課程”是配合經修訂的《領導及主管人員通則的基本規定》及相關法規,為構建穩健的管治梯隊,致力發掘及儲備管治人才的目的而設立,課程以能力培養為核心,注重實務導向,依託專業權威的師資團隊,採用高強度脫產培訓模式,透過專題研討、課堂互動、課後實踐、跨部門調研、專題報告等多種教學方式,促進學員思維突破與協作能力提升。培訓期間,學員表現出高度的學習熱情與積極態度,充分展現了主動求變、務實創新的潛能。

Closing ceremony for qualification course for government division heads held at UM

The closing ceremony for the second qualification course for government division heads, jointly organised by the University of Macau (UM) and the Public Administration and Civil Service Bureau (SAFP) of the Macao SAR government, was held at UM. Thirty participants were awarded certificates of completion.

Wong Sio Chak, secretary for administration and justice of the Macao SAR, officiated at the ceremony. Other guests included Chang Cheong, chief of the Office of the Secretary for Administration and Justice; Yonghua Song, rector of UM; Leong Weng In, director of SAFP; and Shui Bing, head of the UM Public Administration Training Centre (PATC).

In his remarks, Shui encouraged participants to take on responsibilities proactively and to serve the public with dedication. He also highlighted PATC’s strong faculty and its commitment to offering training programmes that respond to the government’s public administration reform needs, with the aim of nurturing future governance talent for Macao.
