Implementation of the License Plate Recognition System at UM Visitor Car Parks (For Students)

訪客停車場轉用車牌識別系統（供學生）

各位同學：

　　茲通知由2026年2月26日至3月20日期間，澳門大學所有訪客停車場（P1A、P1、P3、P5及P6）將正式轉用車牌識別系統（包括汽車及電單車*）進出上述停車場。    

各停車場開始轉用車牌識別系統日期如下：

訪客停車場編號 P1A及P1 P3 P6 P5
日期 2月26日 3月2日 3月5日 3月12日

　　轉用車牌識別系統後，汽車及電單車進場及離場方式如下：

  1. 車輛進場：閘機自動起桿 （無論月票或訪客車輛均無需拍卡或按票）
  2. 車輛離場：
    1. 月票車輛：閘機自動起桿（包括學生月票車輛無需拍卡）
    2. 訪客車輛**：可選擇澳門通卡、銀聯閃付卡、MPay APP、無感支付（綁定MPark APP、萬達通APP）或掃描支付二維碼（二維碼支付流程）

*電單車使用者出入場時，請停泊於黃格感應區內以便識別車牌。
**如需享用泊車優惠，離場前須先到停車場收費處，並出示有效校園卡辦理。

　　系統轉換期間，停車場出入口及場內將設置相關告示。駕駛者應留意相關告示內容或遵從現場保安人員指示。

Dear Students,

Please be informed that all UM visitor car parks (P1A, P1, P3, P5 and P6) will implement the license plate recognition system for entry and exit (applicable to both light vehicles and motorcycles*)  during the period from 26/02/2026 to 20/03/2026.

Schedule for commencement of the license plate recognition system at each car parks is as follows:      

Visitor Car Park No. P1A & P1 P3 P6 P5
Date 26 February 2 March 5 March 12 March

After the system transition is completed, the entry and exit flow (for both light vehicles and motorcycles) will be changed to the following:

  1. Entry: The barrier gate will open automatically (No campus card tapping or paper ticket is needed upon entry for monthly pass holders and visitors).
  2. Exit:
    1. Monthly pass holders: The barrier gate will open automatically (No campus card tapping is needed for student monthly pass holders)
    2. Visitors**: Payment methods include MACAU Pass, QuickPass, MPay APP, Automatic Payment (via MPark APP or WePass APP), or scanning the payment QR code ( QR code payment flow )

*Motorcyclist should stop at the yellow detection zone when entering or exiting so that the license plate can be identified.
**To enjoy a parking discount, please approach the car park shroff to present the campus card for processing.

During the transition period, notices will be placed at the car park entrances, exits, and inside the car parks. Drivers should pay attention to the relevant notices or follow the instructions of on-site security personnel.
