法學名家於澳大談中國特色社會主義法治體系
澳門大學法學院於1月29日舉辦專題講座，由最高人民檢察院諮詢委員會副主任、中國法理學研究會名譽會長、教育部法學學科教學指導委員會主任委員、法理學家徐顯明教授以“關於中國特色社會主義法治體系”為題發表演說。講座結合學術理論與實踐觀察，闡述了該概念的生成背景、結構內涵及其在全面依法治國的重要地位。
講座由澳大法學院院長唐曉晴主持，該學院教授於興中、魏丹、蔣朝陽、王禹、杜立、翟小波出席。徐顯明教授首先從知識與制度的歷史源流切入，指出“體系化思維”是理解中國法治建構的重要鑰匙，並以中國法制文明的演進為線索，結合近現代法治理念的發展與治理實踐的轉向，說明“中國特色社會主義法治體系”之所以提出，既植根於中國歷史文化中長期形成的系統性制度表達，也回應新中國成立以來法治理念持續創新與制度建設不斷深化的現實需求。他強調，當法治建設從法律體系的形成走向法治體系的完善，重心不僅在於立法規範的完備，更在於法律實施、監督、保障等環節的整體協同，從而形成一種立體化、整體性的法治形態。
另外，徐顯明教授還以清晰的邏輯框架闡釋了中國特色社會主義法治體系的核心結構，並以“五個子體系”展開論述，包括形成完備的法律規範體系、高效的法治實施體系、嚴密的法治監督體系、有力的法治保障體系、完善的黨內法規體系。他亦結合法治實施中的關鍵議題，從制度運行與改革取向出發，闡明法治政府、司法公正與全民守法之間的內在關聯，並建議與會者：理解法治體系，既要見制度之全貌，也要察運行之關節；既要把握規範之結構，也要重視實施之效能。
在互動交流環節，徐顯明教授與參會者交流互動，討論氣氛熱烈。

UM hosts lecture on legal system of socialism with Chinese characteristics by renowned legal scholar
The Faculty of Law (FLL) at the University of Macau (UM) hosted a lecture on 29 January featuring Prof Xu Xianming, vice chairman of the advisory committee of the Supreme People’s Procuratorate, honorary president of the China Jurisprudence Institute of Law, chairman of the Teaching Steering Committee for Law Disciplines of the Ministry of Education, and a distinguished jurisprudential scholar.
In his lecture, titled The Legal System of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics, Prof Xu combined academic theory with practical insights to examine the historical background, structural framework, and key features of the legal system with Chinese characteristics. He also highlighted its significance in advancing governance in accordance with the rule of law.
