春季，一個向大家互送關懷和祝福的季節。
適逢國際三 ･ 八婦女節將至，安健及環境事務辦公室與協和醫院澳門醫學中心合辦以下兩項活動，向女性教職員及學生送上關懷，了解兩性關係與自我保護，保持良好體質及保養皮膚，讓大家學懂由內到外愛護自己，提升個人魅力及自信。

Spring, a season of caring and blessing.
As the 3.8 International Women’s Day is approaching, Office of Health, Safety and Environmental Affairs and the Macau Medical Center of Union Hospital jointly organize the following 2 activities especially for FEMALE staff and students. With better understanding of sexual health and self-protection, as well as body composition and skincare, you will be empowered on how to take good care of yourself. Your personal charm and confidence will be enhanced.
醫美及健康管理體驗日
內容：活動分三部分。
第一部分：由醫生介紹不同皮膚膚質類型及護理方案，分析瘦身美容哲學，告別盲目保養。
第二部分：參觀該院的國際醫療中心，認識國際級醫美儀器。
第三部分：由院方按實際情況及時間提供有限度名額，讓參加者免費體驗測膚儀及智能體脂機。
主講嘉賓簡介：
(1) 李峰：協和醫院澳門醫學中心皮膚科主任醫生，醫學博士，從事皮膚科臨床診療及皮膚美容工作多年。
(2) 蘇飛：協和醫院澳門醫學中心皮膚科主治醫生，醫學博士，擅長結合儀器提供綜合醫學美容方案。
(3) 付錦：協和醫院澳門醫學中心臨床營養科顧問醫生，醫學博士，專治各種營養相關疾病。
日期：2026年3月7日 (星期六)

名額及對象：40名女性教職員及學生 (健康環保大使優先)

Aesthetic Medicine & Health Management Experience Day
Content: The activity consists of 3 parts.
Part 1: Doctors will introduce different skin types and the corresponding skincare suggestions, as well as the philosophy of slimming and beauty.
Part 2: Participants will learn about the international-level aesthetic equipment by visiting the medical center.
Part 3: Depending on the actual situation and available time, limited free quota of skin analysis and body composition anaysis will be offered to participants.
Introduction of the speakers:
(1) Dr. Li Feng, director of dermatology department of Macau Medical Center of Union Hospital, specialized in treating dermatology diseases and aesthetic medicine.
(2) Dr. Fei Su, chief physician of dermatology of Macau Medical Center of Union Hospital, specialized in providing aesthetic medical treatment with related equipment.
(3) Dr. Fu Jin, clinical nutrition consultant of Macau Medical Center of Union Hospital, specialized in treating nutrition related diseases.

“科學守護女性”健康講座
內容：從科學角度了解兩性差異和性知識，學懂自我保護和遠離傷害，以有效措施預防包括子宮頸癌等女性常見的疾病。
主講嘉賓：楊佳欣，協和醫院澳門醫學中心婦產科主任醫生，醫學博士，長期從事婦科腫瘤的手術及藥物治療，在國內外曾發表學術論文超過50篇。

對象：女性教職員及學生

“Protect Yourself in a Scientific Approach” Health Seminar
Content: The guest speaker will discuss about differences between gender and sexual health from a scientific perspective; how to protect yourself and to avoid harm; to prevent against common diseases in women, including cervical cancer, etc., with effective ways.
Guest speaker: Dr. Yang Jiaxin, chief physician of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Macau Medical Center of Union Hospital; specialized in treating gynecological tumor with sugery and medication; has published over 50 research papers in both Mainland China and overseas.
Date: 10th March 2026 (Tuesday)

Target: FEMALE staff and students
