 注意事項:

  • 各畢業生需填妥報名表及繳費方可進場拍攝。
  • 各畢業生請準時按集合時間到達拍攝場地,無合理理由缺席者將不獲補拍。
  • 拍攝當天須憑 學生證及付款截圖 方可進場,請妥善保管。
  • 各畢業生須按照官方衣著要求,才可參加畢業照拍攝。
  • 每個專業都已安排適當時間拍攝,各畢業生請提早2030分鐘到達拍攝場地準備,如專業因遲到人數過多將不獲補時拍攝。
  • 為保障現場秩序,攝影當天親友不可進入N2大學會堂,請親友在校內其餘地方自由拍攝。
  • 照片預計會在六月製作完成,畢委會於收到照片後,將透過電郵發送電子檔給各畢業生。

畢業生衣著要求:

  • 準畢業生們必須穿著白色長袖襯衫,純黑色的西褲,黑色領帶,黑色鞋,畢業袍(連同所屬專業的披肩及方帽)。女生則可穿著黑裙,配黑色長襪或絲襪,請避免穿著太高的黑色高跟鞋,拍攝畢業照時,流蘇須留在右邊。
  • 只有衣著符合者,才能參加當日的畢業照拍攝。

Registration Process:
1. Complete the registration form :https://v.wjx.cn/vm/OYxNTvh.aspx#


2. Pay the fee online (Note: Refunds are not available. Please include your full name and student ID in the payment details. Applications without this information will be rejected.)

Payment Deadline: March 3–10, 2026 (Late submissions will not be accepted.)

Remarks

  • All graduates have to fill in the register form and finish the payment for the photo shooting.
  • All graduates please arrive at the shooting venue on time at the meeting time. Those who are absent without a reasonable reason will not be given a supplementary photo.
  • Please keep your student ID card and payment screenshot in a safe place on the day of the photo shoot.
  • Graduates must follow the official dress code before participating in the graduation photo shoot.
  • Each faculty will be arranged appropriate time for filming, graduates should arrive the shooting venue 20~30 minutes in advance to prepare. If the faulty has too many late students, it will not be given additional time for filming.
  • In order to ensure the order on site, relatives and friends are not allowed to enter the N2 University Hall on the day of the shooting. Relatives and friends are welcomed to take pictures in other areas of the campus.
  • The photos are expected to be completed in June. After receiving the photos, the graduation committee will send the photos through email.

Dress Code for Graduates

  • Potential graduates must wear a white long-sleeved shirt, black pants, black tie, black shoes, and graduation gown (along with their department’s hood and square hat). Women may wear a black dress with black stockings or pantyhose. Please avoid wearing black high heels that are too high.
  • The tassel should be on the right side when taking graduation photos.
  • Only those who wear according to the dress code can participate in the graduation photo shoot.

關於登記租賃研究生畢業袍的通知

致各位準研究生畢業生:

大家好!

因應2026年畢業照拍攝需要,學校將提供有限量畢業袍出租。數量有限(碩士約300套,哲學博士約60套,專業博士約25),先到先得
若有意租賃畢業袍的同學,請於填寫表單進行登記。

押金繳纳方式:
1. 取袍时將押金裝入信封裡,並寫上自己的姓名、學系和學生編號;
2. 把已裝入押金的信封一同交至現場畢委會工作人員;
3. 歸還租用畢業袍時,押金將原封退還;
4. 請自備零錢,現場不設找零;

備註:
*建議已經完成租袍的同學於自己學院拍攝簽到時間前20-30分鐘左右到租袍領取處領取,以防由於排隊租袍而影響自己後續畢業照的拍攝;
*學校提供的禮袍只有S、M、L、XL四個尺寸;
*租借的畢業袍可能存在破損、色差及禮帽碼數不正等情況;
*租借天數以領取租袍開始計算,24小時內必須歸還;
*若到時未能及時歸還畢業袍,將被收取一定滯納金(同租用費用一致為MOP 80/天,從逾期之日起按每天繳交滯納金);
*所有報名費繳交後不設退款。

Notice of graduation gown rental

Dear students,
Greetings! How time flies and here comes the graduation season! Congratulations for your graduation!
To support the 2025/2026 graduation photo shooting, UM will offer a limited number of graduation gowns for rent. Limited quantity (About 300 sets of master’s gowns, 60 sets of Doctor of Philosophy, 25 sets of professional doctor’s gowns). First-come, first-served.

Please understand that the quantity is limited. First-come, first-served.

The deadline for questionnaire: March 12, 2026(Applications will not be accepted after the deadline.);

Rental fee:
The rent of graduation gowns are as follows:
Master’s Degrees – MOP 80 each day with MOP 500 deposit (include 15MOP / day is charged as administrative fee)
Doctoral Degrees – MOP 80 each day with MOP 1,500 deposit (include 15MOP / day is charged as administrative fee)

Payment instruction:
1. Put the deposit in the envelope with your name, major and your student number written on it.
2. Submit the envelope (which has your deposit) and the rent in cash to the
3. Graduation committee.
4. The deposit will be reimbursed upon return of the gown.
5. Please bring your own change, there will be no replenishment on site.
6. The date, time and venue of the collection and return of the gown will be notified separately.

Remarks:
* Students who have finished renting gowns are advised to pick them up at the rental collection office 20-30 minutes before the shooting check-in time of their own college, in case the queuing for renting gowns may affect their subsequent graduation photo shooting.
*If you can’t register in person, you can ask your friend to pay for it and provide the size of the gown. Late Applications will not be accepted.
*Sample will be provided for your reference. Only S, M, L and XL are provided.
*Please note that the rental gowns are reused items, some damages and flaws may appear on the gown, hood and cap.
*The deposit will not be refunded if the gown is returned with any damage.
* Rental days start with collection of rental gowns and must be returned within 24 hours. The overdue fine (MOP 80/day)will be charged if the students fail to return on time.
*All registration fees are non-refundable.

UM Guest House provides limited guest rooms to the families of graduates visiting Macau as a temporary stay. Each graduate can apply for a maximum of 2 twin rooms and each room can accommodate for up to 2 guests.
