This course aims to equip participants with the ability to make sound decisions by combining innovative solutions and rational thinking when facing challenges. It seeks to enhance the problem-solving skills at both individual and team levels, thereby strengthening organizational competitiveness. Ultimately, it aims to boost personal work efficiency and align individual efforts with the organization’s overall goals for collective success.
