澳大副校長出席葡萄牙語大學聯會理事會會議
澳門大學副校長馬許願（Rui Martins）代表澳大到葡萄牙里斯本出席葡萄牙語大學聯會（AULP）理事會會議。是次會議有10所來自葡語國家及地區的高等院校代表參加，與會高校在AULP分別擔任主席、副主席、理事會和監事會成員，澳大為副主席之一。
是次會議由擔任AULP主席的佛得角大學校長José Arlindo Barreto主持。馬許願於會上匯報了第35屆AULP年會的籌備情況。該年會將於2026年6月15至17日在澳門舉行，由澳門大學、澳門理工大學及澳門旅遊大學聯合舉辦，主題為“國際大學合作：加強粵港澳大灣區、澳琴與葡語國家的學術及文化聯繫”。適逢澳大成立45周年及AULP成立40周年，AULP將第七次於澳門舉辦年會，意義非凡。
此外，理事會於會上審議並通過2025年度活動報告、財務報告及2026年預算計劃。議程亦介紹了聯會出版物，以及AULP交流計劃、Erasmus+計劃的數據。
AULP由200多所來自葡語國家及地區的高等院校組成，致力促進成員院校之間的交流合作，推動葡語教育發展。澳大現任AULP副主席（2024至2027年）。

UM vice rector attends AULP’s Board of Administrators meeting
Rui Martins, vice rector of the University of Macau (UM), attended the meeting of the Board of Administrators of the Association of Portuguese Speaking Universities (AULP) in Lisbon, Portugal, on behalf of UM. The meeting brought together representatives from ten higher education institutions across Portuguese-speaking countries and regions, which hold various roles within AULP, including president, vice presidents, and members of the Board of Administrators and Board of Supervisors. Notably, UM currently serves as one of the vice-presidents of AULP.
The meeting was chaired by José Arlindo Barreto, rector of the University of Cape Verde, which currently holds the presidency of AULP. During the meeting, Martins reported on the preparations for the 35th AULP Annual Meeting, which will take place in Macao from 15 to 17 June 2026. The event will be jointly hosted by UM, the Macao Polytechnic University (MPU), and the Macao University of Tourism (UTM) under the theme ‘International University Collaboration: Strengthening Academic and Cultural Ties between the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Macao-Hengqin and the Portuguese-Speaking Countries’. This edition will mark the seventh time that AULP has held its annual meeting in Macao and will coincide with the 45th anniversary of UM and the 40th anniversary of AULP.
During the meeting, the Board of Administrators reviewed and approved AULP’s activity report and financial accounts for 2025, as well as the budget plan for 2026. The agenda also included presentations on AULP’s publications and statistical updates on exchange programmes, including the AULP Mobility Programme and various Erasmus+ initiatives.
AULP comprises more than 200 higher education institutions from Portuguese-speaking countries and regions. Its mission is to foster communication among its member institutions and promote the development of Portuguese language education. UM currently serves as vice-president of AULP for the term 2024-2027.

Vice-reitor da UM participa na reunião do Conselho de Administração da AULP
O Prof. Doutor Rui Martins, vice-reitor da Universidade de Macau (UM), representou a instituição na recente reunião do Conselho de Administração da Associação das Universidades de Língua Portuguesa (AULP), realizada em Lisboa, Portugal. A reunião contou com a presença de representantes de 10 instituições de ensino superior de países e regiões de língua portuguesa, que exercem as funções de presidência e vice‑presidência da Associação, assim como de membro do Conselho de Administração e do Conselho Fiscal da AULP. A UM assume actualmente uma das vice‑presidências da Associação.
A sessão foi presidida pelo Prof. Doutor José Arlindo Barreto, reitor da Universidade de Cabo Verde e presidente da AULP. Durante a reunião, o vice-reitor Rui Martins apresentou o ponto de situação dos preparativos para o XXXV Encontro Anual da AULP, que terá lugar em Macau de 15 a 17 de Junho de 2026. O evento será organizado conjuntamente pela Universidade de Macau, pela Universidade Politécnica de Macau e pela Universidade de Turismo de Macau, e terá como tema: Colaboração Universitária Internacional: Fortalecer os Laços Académicos e Culturais entre a Grande Baía Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macau, Macau–Hengqin e os Países de Língua Portuguesa. A edição de 2026 assinala a sétima vez que o Encontro da AULP se realiza em Macau, coincidindo ainda com o 45.º aniversário da UM e o 40.º aniversário da AULP, o que reforça o seu significado especial.
No decurso da sessão, o Conselho de Administração aprovou o relatório de actividades e contas de 2025, bem como o orçamento para 2026. A agenda incluiu, igualmente, a apresentação das mais recentes publicações da AULP e dos dados estatísticos relativos aos programas de mobilidade, nomeadamente o Programa Mobilidade da AULP e diversas iniciativas Erasmus+.
A AULP integra mais de 200 instituições de ensino superior de países e regiões de língua portuguesa e tem como missão promover a comunicação e a cooperação entre os seus membros, além de contribuir para o desenvolvimento do ensino e difusão da língua portuguesa. A UM está actualmente a servir como vice-presidente da AULP para o mandato de 2024-2027.
