I would like to express my sincere appreciation to OSA and AAFM for giving me the chance to participate in this course. It has been an absolutely wonderful experience. We’ve met fellow archery enthusiasts from different regions, broadening our understanding of archery culture worldwide. We’ve also achieved a breakthrough in technical details thanks to one of the best coach from WA. The end of this journey marks a new beginning. We will continue moving forward on the path of archery, carrying with us a deeper passion and a broader perspective. Once again, heartfelt thanks to everyone.

感謝澳門大學和澳門射箭協會提供的寶貴機會，讓我有幸參與World Archery主辦的Level 1教練課程。課程中，我們系統學習了從熱身（warm up）、體能訓練、標準姿勢、射箭流程、安全指引到放鬆（cool down）的完整專業流程，是一門兼具實用性與技術性的優秀課程。

在課程期間，我結識了來自越南胡志明市、河內市的省隊教練，體格強健、箭術高超的越南紀錄保持者，以及天賦異稟的香港青少年組紀錄保持者等優秀同儕，並與他們建立了深厚的友誼。未來若有機會參加Level 2–4階課程（針對elite、national archer和international archer的教學培訓），我將持續精進、提升自我，在射箭的道路上穩步前行。 雖因年紀因素，或許難以達到國際級選手的成就，但射箭作為一項有益身心、注重內在自我探索與穩定性的運動，我相信它對我的學術研究也產生著積極影響。
最後，澳門大學射箭學會設有微信公眾號「UMSU射箭學會」，歡迎對射箭感興趣的同學關注，與具備專業資質的教練及同學們切磋交流、共同進步。

衷心感謝澳門大學與澳門射箭協會搭建的學習平台，以及國際箭聯導師團隊的系統教學與現場指導。是次參與的「World Archery Coaching Course Level 1」結構清晰、循序漸進，從理論到實操，逐步引領我從運動參與者轉向系統指導者。通過此次培訓，我掌握了從器材調校、動作教學到課程規劃的完整知識鏈，也學會設計低門檻、高互動的體驗活動，讓初學者在安全愉快的環境中感受射箭樂趣。期盼未來能參與WA L2教練培訓，進一步學習長期訓練規劃與競技心理調適等高階內容，並將所學轉化為推動射箭發展的實際行動，共同營造更專業、友善且系統化的教學環境，讓這項古老運動綻放更多光芒。
