由旅遊局主辦之“澳門國際美食論壇” 將於3月23日（星期一）早上9:30-12:30在澳門漁人碼頭會議展覽中心舉行，今年以“創意融合：美食新演繹”為主題，探討美食跨界協作如何推動創意城市發展，並結合故事、體驗與創新，成為連結生活與可持續發展的新力量。
論壇將設有3場主題演講及3場平行專題討論。由聯合國教科文組織創意城市網絡代表、聯合國糧農組織代表、國際頂尖內容創作者、餐飲業及學術代表等將分享真知灼見，為產業與城市未來提供啟發。論壇將以英語進行，現場設有即時傳譯及人工智能翻譯。

The Macao Government Tourism Office is organizing the International Gastronomy Forum, Macao, from9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Monday, March 23, at the Macao Fisherman’s Wharf Convention & Exhibition Centre. This year’s theme is “Creative Fusion: Reimagining Gastronomy Beyond the Plate“, exploring how cross-border collaboration can drive the development of creative cities, and combining storytelling, experience and innovation to become a new force connecting life and sustainable development.
The forum will feature 3 keynote speeches and 3 parallel panel discussions. Representatives from the UNESCO Creative Cities Network, the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, international top content creators, and representatives from the catering industry and academia will share their insights, providing inspiration for the future of the industry and cities. The forum will be conducted in English, with simultaneous interpretation and AI translation available on-site.
