Fundamentals of Project Management:
項目管理基礎：

  • Core concepts and life cycle of Project Management 
    項目管理的核心概念與生命週期
  • Hands‑on practices with common tools: Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Gantt Chart, and RACI Matrix
    常用工具實操：工作分解結構（WBS）、甘特圖、RACI矩陣

Basic Knowledge of Process Optimization: 
流程優化基礎知識：

  • Definition of processes and common issues in administrative workflows
    流程的定義與行政流程常見問題
  • Process optimization methods: PDCA cycle, simplification mindset, and continuous improvement
    流程優化方法：PDCA循環、精簡思維、持續改善

Facilitating Process Optimization Through Project Management:
以項目管理推動流程優化：

  • Approaches for managing process optimization as a project
    將流程優化作為項目來管理的思路與方法
  • Developing a project charter, stakeholder analysis and risk identification
    制定項目章程、利害關係人分析、風險識別
  • Setting KPIs and performance measurement indicators
    設定關鍵績效指標（KPIs）與效果衡量指標
  • Change management and communication skills
